The hotel is in a good location (5 min) near the station. The hotel and the room was not at all large. Our room on the first floor faces the garden which helped with the noise a bit, but there were no elevator access for this floor. The room layout was pretty strange and there were some space loss in the "shoe area" (a 2-3 sq metre space with a small table. To the right it'll be your room, and to the left is the bathroom). The bedroom was "small" and barely holds two people with luggage. The bed was ok - no complaints and there's a fan inside (no air con). The hotel is quite strict and gave us a set of rules during our stay. The staff did their job by the book (rules) - no less and no more. I didn't sense much friendliness from a few staff. During our 3 nights stay, the WiFi in our room did not work almost all the time. In their defense, I only reported this on the 3rd night. Nevertheless, after I reported it, the staff simply replied "it is very unusual and unlikely" and that was it. We sat in the lobby to use internet for an hour and he did not come back to us at all if he was able to investigate the problem. In the morning at check-out, I reported the problem again to another reception. He asked "did you report this to my colleague?" and I explained what I did. There were no apologies or acknowledgement from him. Overall I would have expected a little bit more from the price.
