“Lovely boutique hotel in heart of Paris!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We stayed here in July for three nights. Our room was smallish but well appointed, very clean and with comfy beds. Although just off Rue de Rivoli, it was fairly quiet - apart from the 7:30am bin collection on a Saturday morning, but that was only a minor disturbance. The air conditioning was well used and very effective. The mini bar in the room, which stocked soft drinks and water, was reasonably priced. The hotel staff were all excellent and extremely friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close enough to the Louvre, Place de la Concorde and Champs Elysees but in a quiet side street. Breakfast is offered but we didn't have it at any point during our stay. As we had a late flight home, the ability to store luggage was greatly appreciated. Would definitely consider this hotel for future visits to Paris as it was excellently positioned but small enough and personable in such a big city.

This hotel with its patient and good service was a great experience for my picky, not-well-traveled and generally slightly angsty mother. She was traveling for the first time from the US without my father, so a good experience was very important.
I was impressed by the size (very good for a twin room in Europe) particularly the layout of our hotel room, which meant that we were insulated from hall sounds. The decor, which may seem a bit loud to some, is actually very well balanced aesthetically and quite liveable.
I'm going to include here the phone number and name of our taxi driver, a very honest and Paris road-savvy, and frankly entertaining and warm guy. He was a lucky strike at the airport - he is an independent taxi driver. Trust me when I say that if my mother felt safe and comfortable, you will too. Salman Tani (spelling of his last name might be off, but this is his cellphone number) is 06.30.10.50.40. Enjoy Paris!

I stayed at the Hotel du Continent for 5 nights in July in their Junior Suite. The hotel is located in a great area near the Louvre and other 1st arr sites. The Junior Suite was roomy for three adults and had a large shower. The breakfast each morning consisted of breads, croissants, yogurt, coffee, and juice and in my opinion was worth 10 Euro per person. The hotel is small and as many have said there are limited amenities here though there are few dining establishments on the street. Service was friendly. Keep in mind since it is a small hotel they lack bell service. My only issue is that the Junior Suite was up a flight of stairs with no elevator access. This is not stated on the hotel's website. Unfortunately we had to carry 5 bags up ourself since the front desk staff on duty said she was alone. I would recommend the hotel for its location and reasonable rates for this area.

we stayed here prior to a Viking cruise for two nights. it is very reasonably priced and in a decent location. the room was very small, but clean and the bed very comfortable! there is really no lobby or concierge. if you are looking for just a room this is a great choice, if you are looking for a full service hotel you will be disappointed.

The hotel was very nice. It was closer to the Place de la Concord. It was on a quiet street. I had a single room. It was small but had everything I needed. Many restaurants and stores were nearby. The staff was very nice. I stayed 6 nights.

Lovely spot. Quiet understated, close to sights in the 1st. Room was clean, small fridge is great. Pretty good value for the area.it doesn't have a restaurant inside, but it's next door to the westin.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for having appreciated our lovely boutique hotel and the 1st district location.
The lobby is equipped with a breakfast area, served every morning from 7am to 11am, but you have some lovely restaurants next door if you want to dinner or to take lunch.
Indeed each room has a minibar with soft drinks for a quick refreshments after a long day of sightseeing in Paris :)

Regards from all the team!
Andreea
