“Good.. But "Very Good"? Maybe not”
*Couldn't fault the service
*Staff were mostly very friendly and quite engaging and could all speak decent English
*Room was overall not as good as I would have hoped.. Though there was a good shower and a nice little fridge
*Bed was decent and quite comfortable
*Acceptable access to the rest of Paris
*The elevator may be a problem if you are claustrophobic..
*Might as well have not had windows at all
Upon arrival (at around 10-11pm), we were greeted by an average, English-speaking clerk at a fairly average-looking hotel. The interior was to my taste, and well presented, but not exactly a "wow" or "sweet!".
We went to the lift after a smooth check-in, but quickly realised that we could not go in because it was already occupied by other arrivals. I have never seen such a small human-ready lift. It is a tight squeeze with 3 average-width adults; perhaps a concearn if you are claustrophobic.
The corridors were equally well presented and clean as the rest of the hotel.
The room was again well presented and clean, but felt a tad smaller than I expected. Immediately noticeable was the broken mirror on the wardrobe which had been "hot-fixed" with some tape and plastic. Whether or not it was broken by some very recent occupants, I'm not sure..
A quick check of the bed showed it was comfortable, well-made and clean.
Next opening the curtains, an AWFUL view was revealed.. I can not find any positives about the view we had. Nothing of interest was in view. All you could see was more windows and the rest of the building. If I had to find a worse view for a window, it would be a difficult task. Perhaps other rooms had slightly better views (of the street)..
The TV was fine; wall-mounted on a sturdy swivelling arm on the opposite side from the bed and received plenty of different channels; I did not really enjoy much of the French TV though.. :)
The bathroom was clean again and quite roomy for a small hotel room. There was a excellent walk-in shower, large wall mirrors and a hear dryer with a built-in 2 prong shaver socket
It is situated 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. This is nice, though doesn't mean much unless you plan to visit it often (the RER stops literally 1 minute from the tower). There are plenty of shops nearby, and a few small restaurants. There is also a metro station a few minutes walk away, which is great for getting around Paris.

We thank you for your comment it is very important for us.
We enjoy reading that you appreciate our clerk welcome, our priority is to make our guest comfortable.
Our elevator and some rooms are quiet small (standard ones), but as you wrote they are clean and well presented, we are very picky about cleanliness. You also liked our bathroom and large shower and we are glad to hear it.
Our hotel is an old house and the elevator was added after the construction of the building. It is also part of the charm of Paris.
Some of our rooms are on the courtyard (more quiet) and some are facing Passy street (more lively) you should tell us that this room does not suit you and we could have change it. And we do apology for the broken mirror, it is our mistake.
It is true it is easy to get all around Paris by metro, bus or RER. There are many nearby shops, boutiques and restaurants to discover…
We hope to welcome you again… probably in a bigger room (superior or Deluxe one) facing Passy street…
