“Parisian Charm”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2011

Our second visit and we would come back again. The hotel is small and charming, the staff helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and well appointed with good storage. Plenty of eating options are close by - Pains et Plaisirs for morning coffee with the Parisians, deli-cafes for lunch, and restaurants for dinner in rue Marche St Honore 200m along the street. An 8 a huit market is ooposite. Shopping in this area is fantastic. Lots of sightseeing and galleries within walking distance and two metros close by. The hotel staff are easy to communicate with by email for booking and information.

Absolutely delightful hotel and we most definitely would stay here again. Very reasonably priced for Paris and for it's fantastic location, 5 mins walk from the Louvre, the Tuilleries gardens and two metro stations minutes walk away. As well as shops, restaurants and delightful pattiseries all within a minutes walk. We arrived several hours before check-in, but it wasn't a problem and our room was ready. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom is a good size with a heated towel rail and the hot water is abundant. The toilet is separate. The 1st floor room overlooked the small street next door which had an upmarket restaurant just across from our window, but there was no excessive noise to bother us. King size bed was very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free wifi was great but occasionally flaky, but since we were at the back of the hotel, this may have been the problem. There is a PC in the lobby for your use if you need. Looking forward to going back to Paris and staying here again.

Room Tip: We only saw our room on the 1st floor at the back, but it was lovely.

Everything I was looking for in a hotel: A great location, reasonable (for Paris of course) rates, a nice clean room and friendly staff. Can walk to everything that matters and the metro is very close by as well. Special thanks to Jerome and the lovely lady who manages the hotel for making this my best stay in Paris. A bien tot mes amis!

Room Tip: Don't be an ugly American! :-)

Each floor in its color (1st floor - Room lemon-colored, 2 - pink, 3 - orange 4 - beige).
I lived on the 3rd floor - in a jaunty orange room.
The room has everything you need: a very comfortable bed (with extra pillows and blankets), bath with all accessories and a good dryer, nice soft towels, a separate toilet tiny, slippers, small safe (but very inconvenient location - at the bottom of a wardrobe), telephone , TV, free WIFI and a possible back in the room had a very funny mini-bar in a padded stools.

The hotel has also paid laundry and dry cleaning and parking nearby.
Breakfast in the room are not included but can be ordered from room (13 e - a choice of two types), but the best option - there are a number of small cafes, where you can have breakfast with hot croissants or biscuits with chocolate and delicious coffee drink.
Opposite the hotel a small grocery store.
Nearest Metro station - Tuileries (3-5 minute walk).
Much of the hotel within walking distance (5 to 15 minutes) - Louvre, the Tuileries Gardens, Place Vendome, pl. Concorde, the Palais Royal, Opera.
