We stayed here May 12-16 2005 and paid 180 Euros nightly. The hotel is older and showing it. As Hilton HHonors members we were upgraded to the executive floor and found the room to be a good size. There were adjoining room doors on either side of the room that let you hear the room beside you. It's redeeming quality was the amazing breakfast buffet that was included with our room; can't say enough good things about it. The location was excellent, very close to two subway lines.

I stayed in this hotel several times now. They upgrade me to the executive floor where you can have breakfast on one of the balconies at the lounge.

I did have some problems with the TV which didn't work but got fixed within 10 mins. All together the staff was fantastic and very reponsive and I would definetely go back here for any other trips to Paris.

We spent four nights at the Hilton Arc de Triomph beginning April 21st. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely welcoming staff and had a seamless check in. The Lobby is very Posh with many chandeliers and lots of rich colors. The lifts were instantly available and our bags were in our room in minutes.
The room was excellent. Very spacious, impeccably clean and the colors were very soothing. In all my travels through Europe, I have stayed in many, many hotels and this is the first one that had 2 Queen beds in a standard room! The towels were fluffy and enormous and we had two robes in the room. There was turndown service every night and the housekeeping staff was very thorough and thoughtful.
As far as the location, it is not very centrally located which is both good and bad. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Arc and the Champs Elysees and about a 5 minute walk to the Courcelles metro stop. The area is mostly known for its high profile law and accounting offices, so the weekends are pretty quiet and local cafe's close early if they open at all. So there are pros and cons to its location.
All in all I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It's a little pricier than average, but promotions are often available. But it truly is worth the extra Euros!

Just got back from the Hilton Arc de Triomphe and wanted everyone to know what a great hotel it is. Don't pay attention to the location on the maps you see, it is not in the hustle and bustle, but it is close to the Champs Elyses. We did walk alot but there really was no need. The room was amazing, we stayed in a suite on the seventh floor overlooking a quiet street, which meant a good nights sleep. The staff were extremely helpful and did not hesitate to assist. We were in a club suite, so had full use of the club lounge. This was a big plus, the snacks were better than average Hilton with plenty of drinks on offer. The Safron restaurant was well worth a visit, with staff taking time to explain the menu and help with chosing the wine (without going for the most expensive). All in all a great trip, made so by a great hotel. Well worth a return visit.
