“Quiet and comfortable”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

The hotel is placed in a nice calm typical Parisian street, very close to the Eiffel tower and many other interesting places. We mainly loved the cosiness of it. An ideal place to read a book, get a nice sleep and charge the batteries to continue the visit of the very romantic city of Paris.
Friendly and Helpful staff! nice atmosphere!.

Stayed here, this past summer, it is on a quite quiet residential street, and staff was very accommodating, Very clean hotel, one night after dinner by the Eiffel Tower, which I might add is a stone throw away, (like 5, minute walk) we ended up just drinking wine in the back patio. There was a bakery next door, and little food mart across the street, I felt very safe staying at the location. There are PLENTY of eateries in the area, from breakfast cafe, to lunch spots, and late night dinners are available. This hotel is in a very good location. We actually was able to walk to the Champsélysées, but I'm a New Yorker we walk everywhere., I would recommend this hotel based on location alone, oh it is also around the corner from a train stop, grenelle I believe if I can remember. It is a very residential area, there was also a pop,up market on some mornings, before 12, on the way to taking the subway.

Room Tip: Bathroom and bed area was a good size, and although they did have a closet, it was not enough space...

The staff here was amazing and so accommodating. As we were venturing out on our first afternoon ...one of the front desk people was leaving and walked us and recommended great local restaurants for us to go to. We asked the next day for a cab...and when he arrived he told us 30euro..and concierge told him I and apologized for it and called a new can and ensured that we weren't scammed. For our first trip to Paris they were so sweet...so helpful. They are planning renovations after the summer this year. We would recommend...for the wonderful staff alone.

The customer service here is disgusting, we landed grumpy from a terrible flight and when we got to the hotel, the front desk agent was rude and disrespectful. We booked off of priceline, we also called the hotel to confirm there the rooms were facing the Eiffel tower (WHICH IT DOES NOT), and also fit 4 people with 2 Queen beds. They person we spoke to confirmed this information, when we got to the hotel, the girl said we were liars and that there's nothing they could do. She even stated she would turn down a baby if she had to. All she had to do was apologize but instead. Traveling for over 7 hours, we obviously did our planning before booking. I do not recommend this place. She ruined our trip to Paris which we looked forward to for months. Why stay at a place where you do not feel welcomed? Ridiculous!

Wonderful hotel. Very close to the Eiffel Tower we could see the tower from our top floor room. Very clean, nice rooms. Great and extremely helpful staff. It was easy to get to on the metro. It is in a quiet residential type neighbourhood but an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Maybe a little far from other attractions but it is a walkable city and great metro so worth it for the price.

Great hotel for my teenage daughter and I first stay in Paris. Just the right size for us and very comfortable! Nice location, close to Eiffel tower and safe! The staff is very friendly and helpful and they speak English. I highly suggest this hotel when in Paris.

This is a very quite and friendly run hotel, the staff speak great English and are always ready to help, close to the Eiffel Tower and shopping centres and some really good restaurants close by. Will definitely stop here again.
