The hotel wasn't exactlly all the website cracks it up to be I can honestly say that out of the 10 rooms my group shared I didn't see one that looked nearly as pretty as the one shown. However yes it is located next to a merto stop which was extrememly nice. However the location the hotel is in is a african community with several barber and wig shops so women be ready to be harssed constantly all day everyday by men inviting you to their shops the moment you set foot outside the door. Some of the rooms were small but the smallest had a balcony so it was a nice outlet. The breakfast is the same every morning bread and ceral with warm milk. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful although the men at the desk were not very helpful and a bit rude... more mocking tourists than apperciating their business. Soundwise you learn to live with it. The street has cars all night and sirens go off at least every hour. Ear plugs would be a great thing to pack and also a CLOCK because there is no alarm or clock in the room just a small tv and a safe. It was a taste of france staying there if your up earlier enough before the hair salons open there is a nice pastry shop and bread store on the street behind. Last word of caution would be to women and teens that it is not a very good idea to wander around the area after dark or rather 9 o'clock by yourself or even in just pairs. We were confronted several times by men and harassed by several drunks and homeless.

The hotel is within walking distance from the train station.

We arrived and we attempted to speak French. They man behind the desk was ok and gave us our room key.

We took the elevator up and got to our room. The first impression was good, but as we looked around, the room had some problems.

They advertise that the rooms have a/c. NO A/C at this hotel. Don't listen to their website.

The bathroom had some problems. Our toilet was leaking. We used a towel and placed it around the toilet so it wouldn't run out onto the floor.
The beds were ok and there was a very small tv on the wall.

The rooms were advertised as sound proofed. I think we heard every little noise. When the people next to us flushed their toilet, their water ran through our exposed water pipes.

We were here during a strike period. The man at the desk was not helpful at all on providing us information on transportation to the airport.

Finally, I was verbally attacked by a drunk person late one night while walking back to the hotel. So the location isn't too safe. He thought I was British and said a few words.

I would not stay here again.
