“Location Location Location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

As part of our Honeymoon in May, we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms are super tiny and very clean but well situated within walking distance from EVERYTHING. A Grocery store, McDonalds, GAP, MAC, H&M, Pizza Hut, METRO, pubs all within 2 min walks. The Eiffel Tower is a mere 20 Min stroll from this hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a disaster and the coffee is terrible. It is NOT included in the price, so don't just assume it is. But rest assured, there is a bakery next door and a Starbucks within 2 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel to any tourist who's looking for a clean bed and a great location.

Lets start with location set close to two metro stations...on a road with loads of shops that you would need....10 mins walk from the Eiffel Tower.....all in all superb. Room was clean and tidy I had a first floor room looking out to the rue de commerce...it can be a little noisy outside and there is the rumblings of the metro underground....but this is a busy location and have to understand that you will get a whole lot of activity outside....I for one slept very soundly indeed. The bathroom(shower sink and loo) is small but was functional and did its job. The staff I found to be courteous and friendly. I cannot comment on breakfast as I ventured out for mine loads of places to eat within minutes walk. I will return here for sure at the budget price for a central location you cannot go wrong.

Stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, positives, its clean, great location about a half mile from Eiffel tower and is excellent for Metro and tour bus routes. The hotel is quite basic, receptionists were all very polite and helpful. we were in rooms at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor where there is no lift. there is a lift if your at the front rooms so if you book, ask for them first. Positives to this is its quiet with no street noise, although the street the hotel is on is quite quiet at night. Rooms are v v small with tiny single beds. The bathrooms tiny but functional. Did not see any bar or any lounge to relax with a drink in the late evenings. all in all you get what you pay for here, Paris accommodation on the cheap but more money for enjoying meals and sight seeing which Paris is all about!!!!!

Hotel location was excellent with a 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and shopping areas around the hotel. Room were small and tight, including the bathroom. One recpetionist Mark was nice and very helpful but there was one lady receptionist who was nasty and rude. We were sitting in their dining area because it was raining, she came in and told us we cannot sit there; meanwhile we were their hotel guest. Our room was on the fourth floor so we were getting fresh air and a view of the Eiffel Tower but the rooms on the first floor and second floor in the back were cramped with no fresh air coming in. Hallways and stairways are small and tight to navigate with big luggages. with some rooms without access to the lift/elevator. But for the price I guess its not bad.
