I've been in march with my fiance for 3 days and the hotel was rubbish. When we got there we went to front desk to pay for our room and instead of €144 we've been charged €152. We went into our room, wanted to take a shower but surprise...water didn't work, after going down to resolve the issue we wanted to watch TV...wich also didn't work, TV remote control didn't had good batterys, in the end we could watch TV but with the TV directed to the balcony door. The bed linen was smelling very bad, floor very dirty and bathroom horrible. Toilet brush incredible dirty, only one roll of toilet paper for 3 days, "shower cab" really small, shower courtain dirty and sticking to you when you were showering. Rubbish wi-fi, you have to pay €3 for 24 hours and is working only on one divice. They don't have "breakfast in room" as they say, I asked for it and they told me that they don't do it any more. We've been charged €6 for room cleaning during our stay and the only thing changed when we came back from town was a cover putted back on the bed wich we didn't wanted on the bed because of the bad smelling. Hotel coridor very dirty as they are "renovatin", bags with towels on the stairs wich you had to jump to go downstairs. COMPLETELY MESS!!! Avoid this hotel. Rather pay a bit more for more comfort.

We had seen negative reviews of this hotel that really belied its true picture. When we arrived there last week we were pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness, attentive staff who spoke English, basic yet functional room and bathroom. We asked for a room with a view and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. The view from the room showed true Paris and if you are after the Parisian atmosphere then this hotel is for you. Numerous restaurants, bistros, supermarkets, including the Bastille market, and closeness to the metro made our stay that much more enjoyable as we were spoilt for choice. Next time we are in Paris we will definitely stay there.

Room Tip: If you want to experience the sound of Paris ask for the room facing the road

First thing I wondered when entering the 'hotel lobby' is if we were in the right place... Let's just say it was not the most welcoming entrance. Then the lift... in few words: it was very ancient, excessively small and terribly slow. So I actually started using the stairs, which had the dirtiest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel! But not only that, they were often blocked by huge bags of dirty sheets and towels, followed by cleaning material in the narrow corridors. Honestly, that was very unsafe on a daily basis, but even more so in case of emergency. At last, we had to pay for an Internet service that was not even working... Luckily the receptionist offered to refund. In conclusion, there is a lot of work to be done before it becomes somewhat recommendable by my standards.

I wish I had seen the other reviews for this hotel before booking it. I did it because it showed up as an option in a Booking website. I couldn't stand it beyond the first night: this place is dirty, stinky, outdated, badly-designed, poorly maintained. The beds were uneven, and they showed stains like blood in the sheets. The staff is arrogant, unkind, surly and not prepared for the hotel service. This is not the right place to "fall in love in Paris". Please avoid it.

This place needs somebody from the authorities to make an inspection and shut it down forever.
Full of damp and smell everywhere.
Hair pins on the bed , something greasy on the bed room floor not cleaned,AARRGGHH!!
The lift would probably take 2 year olds and no more!
Breakfast simply don't exist.

Due my job I'm a frequent flier, and I saw many hotels around the world.
But the experience with this Hotel, has been really horrible, the floor was dirty and full of hairs... bathrom was small and dirty too,it looks like nobody has cleaned the room. The stairs was small and dirty.the room's door was not closing properly.Even if the price is quite cheap compare to the other hotels,I strongly suggest to anybody to avoid this hotel.

Its midnight. The light doesn't work in the room; when asked to help with it the staff member said that he has 36 rooms that are all unhappy and that he cant deal with everyone. There is no key from the door either. You have to pay for the wi-fi. Fail.
