Booked their suite months ahead for a stay in December 2014.
Confirmed weeks before by email and again by email two days before we arrived.
We'd searched Paris for a well placed, well priced suite, so we could sleep four and enjoy an evening in while the kids slept in separate room.
Arrived at 12, clearly they knew they had a problem with our booking, but the reception were not friendly or open dealing with their issue.
Back at 5 and they tell us the suite is not available.
So they give us a room with two beds, a broken cot and some sort of sofa chair bed; for the four of us.
Credit to the man on night shift; he was a good guy and wrestled in another bed. So there we were, in our packed dormitory.
Leaving the next day our annoyance was not handled well by the manager, in fact it was made worse.
To top it off, our three year old left his beloved teddy bear in his bed, which despite reporting the loss the same day, was never found again.
All incredibly dissapointing and mainly through bad organisation, attitude and service rather than any issue with the fabric of the place.
Either avoid, or insist on written confirmation of booking from the hotel manager, particularly for their one suite.
