This Hotel has great location, just few steps to Metro and few minutes nice walking to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. Hotel hasnt own Parking and you must leave car in parking house 400metres away. Its a budget Hotel when you wont expect some more is a good Choice. Breakfast is included, coffe, tea, juices and croasants. Rooms are quite good and relativ clean for this price.In a Loby they has about 20 kind of beers for a great price:) I recomended this hotel for young peolpe or unpretending travellers. Price and location make from this hotel good choice.

This hotel doesn´t seem to be so bad from outside but inside is not so nice and the worst is the staff. We arrived after midnight and even they were aware about our arrivel we didn´t have any of our 4 booked rooms. We did the booking 5 months ago. The second night they wanted to pay the difference of price between their hotel and hotels where we slept. The rooms were untidy with bathroom in horrible condition (rust,mildew). The receptionist absolutly didn´t listen to our complaints and told us to pay or leave. After that we were forced to pay other 2 night in advance even on the reservation list was written we will pay on day of check off. They didn´t want to show us the room which we immediately understood why. Disgusting bathrooms, ruined furniture, einternal rendering was fallling,...
so these people treat us very bad, they are blackmailer and thieves.

Stay above this hostel twice with friends. The first time there was no single room for one person (reservations made a few months earlier), the second time no triple room and the first night we had to relocate to another nearby hostel. Embarrassing. As part of an apology - bottle of water.) Affordable price as a hostel with breakfast (about 25e / person / night). Near metro station and supermarket.

If only we had read the reviews here before our trip.
We had booked 3 nights at Hotel Darcet and had no problems with the checking in process.
Discover the bed is broken and complain to the young guy on the front desk. He tells us it will be changed. We go out sightseeing and return around 5p.m. We go back to our room to discover that the broken bed has not been replaced. We complain to the manager on duty who turns very rude and comes up to the room to inspect the bed. He sees it is broken and we all return to the front desk.
The manager then turns aggressive and accuses us of breaking the bed and says we will have to pay for it. My wife and I then return to our room and pack up our things to leave. As we try to leave he jumps on my back and gets me in a headlock demanding payment for the 3 nights we booked and the broken bed. During this assult he headbutts me and rips my clothing.
He makes a grab for my 4 year old son as if to pull him back inside the hotel!!! Thankfully my wife had pulled the kids outside and out of this monster's reach. She takes out the camera and videos his assult. The cleaning staff are shouting at him to stop and to calm down. He has no intention of allowing me to leave without taking money from me.
One of the cleaning staff calls the police as does my wife. Upon their arrival he suddenly doesn't speak any English, fortunately the police do, as does my wife.
They obviously hear 2 very different versions of the events, hoewever the video made certainly backed up our version of events.
To cut a long story short, we cancelled our credit card so he couldn't make any charges to it, we didn't press charges against him as it would have entailed a long wait at the police station, a visit to the hospital for an injury report followed by another visit to the police station. We just wanted to get our children away from this monster as quickly as possible and find another hotel.
If you value your safety, DO NOT stay here, avoid at all cost.
