“Not as good as expected.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2012

We got a junior suite in this hotel which was very close to Champs Elysees, the room however was not as luxury as we would have liked however was roomy enough. The conceirge & front desk was most helpful. I cant say the same about room services though, once the maid came into the room without knocking, apparently she forgot she only had just encoutered us in the corridor 15 minutes ago when we returned to the hotel.

They used Hermes hair & body products but they were a bit disappointing, we expected more from Hermes. We were there for 3 nights, next time, we will try out the international brands.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your comment left on Tripadvisor.
We pay attention to every detail of our hotel and our rooms (quality of furniture, fabrics, decoration, arrangements, home products, bed linen and towels ....) and we are sorry that they did not correspond to your expectations.
We also apologize for the intrusion of the maid you crossed who did not pay attention to your room number. Our quality standards requires that staff always knock before entering into a room and it seems that the maid has done so, but probably very timidly to the point of going unnoticed.
Rest assured that we will take all the necessary actions to avoid this happening again.

We sincerely apologies and we hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again in our establishment.

I stay at this hotel every year and love the elegant, luxury surroundings; attentive, helpful and welcoming employees; and the security of a small boutique hotel. Just 10 minutes walk from the Cars Air France coach stop from CDG airport at the far side of the Arch de Triomphe. Just a few minutes from 2 useful metro stations on different lines (St Philippe de Roule and George's V). But take a reading light, the stylish bedside lighting is no good for an avid reader.

Room Tip: Ask for a classic suite overlooking the courtyard - the largest suites are on the front and despite...

I recommend this hotel in Paris. The location is really good and central.
The hotel is very nice, with small apartments. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the choice of colors and materials contributes to the luxury and elegance.
The breakfast is good and plentiful.
High price.

This hotel was fantastic. We stayed here for a week last may. The suites were wonderful. We traveled with our 2 small children and they loved it as well. Right around the corner from the Champs Elysess and a short walk to many attractions. We deceided that when travelling with the kids we should stay in an area where English is recognized and we nailed it with this hotel and location. Travelling there before we had kids we would stay anywhere but if you want to be where the action is and the stay was helpful and welcoming. I would go back in a minute.

Room Tip: Higher floor rooms have sweeping views of the Parisian streets. A no brainer for nightime drinks th...

We stayed at Champs Elysees Plaza hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very beautiful and nicely decorated and the staff was also very welcoming and helpful in every possible way. Our junior suite was well equipped and had a little French balcony and the bathroom was spacious and luxurious with a large jacuzzi.

We ordered our breakfast to the room and it was delivered right at the time we had asked. The only problem we had was having what we ordered, as with both breakfasts some items were missing or we got something else we had ordered. That wasn't a major issue for us and the staff always responded to our requests immediately and with a polite and friendly attitude.

We really loved the place and I would gladly recommend the hotel for anyone staying in Paris and wanting to enjoy a little luxury in a hotel that is located right next to Champs Elysees.

Room Tip: Junior Suites are spacious and nicely decorated.

Stayed for a few days beginning of October and enjoyed every moment. Our room was on the third floor and exceeded our expectations, lovely Juliet balconies with French doors opening onto street ( not noisy),fireplace, comfy bed and bathroom with large spa bath and rainshower with Hermes products. Found the old fashioned lift absolutely charming! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient , would highly recommend this hotel.
