The room was lovely, but what made this place special was the exceptional staff - all were very warm and friendly and excellent attention to detail. The continental breakfast was good, and I really appreciated the fitness centre given all the pastries I imbibed in. The hotel is located in a good area and easy walking distance to many attractions.

The hotel experience here feels much more quaint and personalized than one would expect from a 23-unit place. Staff was always friendly and helpful, our suite was clean and well appointed, the fitness center was superior to your average European hotel fitness room, and the location near Luxembourg Park is a big plus for runners and strollers alike. Our bed was particularly comfortable and we slept very well despite a minor noise factor from the elevator. Room service response time was much quicker than average - we had our morning coffee ten minutes after calling it in. Also conveniently located near St. Sulpice area, with lots of great side streets and shops.

We stayed at Hotel Luxembourg Parc for three nights based on the excellent TA reviews and were not disappointed. From the exterior it resembles a country inn, very warm and inviting. When entering we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were extremely helpful during our stay. They were always very pleasant and provided invaluable help in making dinner reservations and planning excursions. Christian and Cecilia in particular were fantastic. We reserved the larger superior double room on their website and were upgraded to an executive double which was quite large and comfortable, especially the mattress and down duvet comforter. There was zero street noise. The marble bath was quite elegant and offered everything we could possibly need. When traveling we usually select mid-range hotels but for this trip to Paris we were looking for something special and we found it at Hotel Luxembourg Parc. It's located just across the street from Jardins du Luxembourg, on the quiet northwest side of the park toward Saint Sulpice. We arrived from the airport by taxi but found later the Luxembourg RER stop, with a direct line from CDG airport, is quite close to the hotel (maybe a 5-7 minute walk.) Shopping and restaurants of Saint Germain-des-Pres are only a 10 minute walk away. There is free WiFi in the room with excellent connection and a free computer in the library if you didn't bring your laptop or notepad. Breakfast seemed a little pricy (15 euros) but there's a very pleasant cafe a couple doors down the street. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and consider the price we paid to offer excellent value. We'll be back!

A truly wonderful hotel! Great staff, great room, great service. The Latin quarter is the best of Paris! We were sad it was only one night. Great bathroom, great shower and magnificent terrace (we had the terrace room!). Small, but comfortable room size. Room service prompt and friendly.
