“Monet's water lilies in a perfect setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

This is a very small museum that is so worth a visit just to see Monet's murals in the two oval rooms. So beautiful!

“Quick, Easy and Awesome Museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

I went for the Monet Water Lilies exhibit and fell in love with the ease of this museum. It was a place you could see in less than 2 hours. Sometimes you cannot spend a half day in a museum and if you have limited time, this is definitely one for you. The exhibit was absolutely breathtaking.

As an added benefit, when you are going to the museum, you see the Tuilerie Gardens and the Louvre. It's beautiful and the grounds are a pure delight.

“Great museum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

I didn't even know this existed until I saw it listed under a "Best of Paris" guide. I'm so happy we went. It's the perfect size for a museum. I never liked the vastness of the Louvre, I've always found it much too overwhelming to fully appreciate. That said, I think I could have sat for hours in either of the two rooms of Monet's masterpieces. The museum is easily found and reasonably priced. It's worth a visit.

“Monet's works of art!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

Definitely make a stop here if you want to see the water lilies. I never realized that they were such large panels of canvas. Amazing, truly. Almost 2000 sq feet of canvas depicted in two separate rooms. Fantastic.
Other works in this museum include Renoir, Picasso, Rousseau, Cezanne... Etc

Definitely worth a visit if you have the time to pop on by, covered by museum pass so it lets you skip the queue (which wasn't too bad on a Friday afternoon).

“Another Must See in Paris, France”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

This is another Must See in Paris, France - especially if one has any sort of classical education. The large paintings of the waterlilies are amazing. As well, there is an impressive display of impressionist and modern paintings at a lower level. Picasso as well as Renoir, and many others.
