Unless you go to the outrageously expensive kind, Paris hotels almost never offer value for money. This one is no exception. The rooms are tiny (the beds cover 50% of your room space), the materials are the cheapest imaginable, the walls can use a new coat of paint, the hallways look like you're in a nursing home. And you get all this for about 90 euro a night (which in Paris is not such a bad deal).
And hey, it's clean, the beds are ok, the water is hot, the staff is friendly (by Parisian standards), and it's very conventiently located just a couple dozen of meters from not one but two subway stations, and a 5 minute walk from place de la République and the opera. So if you need just a place to take a shower and crash at night after exploring one of the greatest cities on earth, you might as well pick this one.
As I said: no reason to go there, no reason to stay away.
