“Brilliant little Parisian Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2013

Stayed here a while back with my friend, very close to metro, lovely cute little french balcony with nice views of the street. Shower was not great but beds were fine and comfortable. Breakfast was nice included croissants , tea/coffee. Excellent place to explore Paris, close to shops and little restautrants and take aways. Very close to Sacre Couer so on last day we walked there took about 10 minutes. Overally lovely stay, would book again if going to Paris.

This hotel is an excellent choice if your on a relatively low budget! Approach by a welcoming reception with helpful staff who went out of there way several times to open our bottle of wine and bring us ice!! Rooms are spacious and looked out onto the main street, when window doors were closed it kept the outside noise down however it did tend to get quite hot. The lift is quite small and only enough space for two people. It is a 5min walk to the metro which was so easy to work your way around! The hotel also provided free tea/coffee/water/orange juice and little snacks on reception level :)

The rooms are spotless. They even give you a box of tissues, which if you have ever stayed anywhere in France, you will know that this is exceptional.
Breakfast is great. If you want to take a bus, there is one that goes directly to the Arc de Triomphe a minute away from the hotel. If you like a challenging walk to Sacre Coeur, there are several staircases that will lead you there from the hotel. Nice, quiet residential neighborhood. This is a great value and I would definitely stay there again.

Currently staying here for 6 nights. What a great choice - was a bit hesitant at first given distance to main tourist attractions, but Eden turned out to be a great base. Metro 50 m away and easy to access all of paris. Quaint, clean and comfortable hotel - would stay here again!
