This B&B is located in a relatively quiet street in central Paris intra-muros, close to a subway station, convenient to visit Paris by foot and/or by public transportation. The apartment, in a 19th century building, is spacious, and has moldings and parquet floors. Rooms have a good size (one being very large), tastefully decorated and very clean. Bathrooms are small but modern, functional, and very clean also. The bed has a good size and is comfortable.
Breakfasts, authentic French, served in the kitchen, are assorted, of good quality, and with a warm welcome of Didier.
The owners, by their extreme politeness, friendliness and availability, adds greatly to the charm of this B&B, making you really feel comfortable.
The only downside might be the shared toilet between the two rooms, which was not a big deal for us since we rented the two rooms with family, but may be uncomfortable for some others; and a small corner of chipped paint on the ceiling in one of the rooms that would be worth updating.
Overall, you'll hardly find better in Paris I suppose!
