We stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always happy to provide assistance. My French is not so great so lucky for us that they were all great English speakers. The room was small, but perfectly comfortable and very clean, and the facilities including the bathroom were fine. Yes, like most hotels in an old building, the soundproofing between the rooms could be better, but we weren't really disturbed and the windows blocked out most of the noise from the street below. We always went out for breakfast and dinner so I can't comment on the quality of the food, though the room service menu did look quite good and reasonably priced. The hotel is also ideally located with multiple metro lines nearby so a great starting point for getting around the city.
