Reading reviews on Trip Advisor I knew the room would be small but in reality it was tiny. There was barely room to open the suitcases underneath a narrow desk near the window. The bathroom was so small that part of the toilet was under the sink and meant that you had to sit at an angle. The shower was also small. The worst part, however, was that the air conditioning had not been turned on (mid April) even though the outside temperature was unseasonably warm. We were able to open the window before we went to sleep to try to cool the room down, but afterwards we had to close the window because the noise outside was so loud (on a main street) that sleep was impossible. That meant no ventilation of any kind in the room all night and temperatures of about 80 degrees. Very difficult to sleep. The staff was very kind and otherwise helpful but could do nothing about the air conditioning. We were part of a tour for part of the time and spent a total of six nights.
