Perfect location. Metro 3 minutes. Roissybus 10 minutes. Hotel staff wonderful. Rooms immaculately clean. Our room 54 was spacious though clothes storage limited because refrigerator was in wardrobe. Ceiling height low 2.1M. Access corridors dark pink paintwork claustrophobic feeling. Did not eat in Hotel as numerous alternatives in surrounding area. Would definitely return but request a room other than floor 5 or 6.

We stayed here for three nights and the staff was welcoming, knowledgable, and friendly. The room was spotless, and well appointed. The street noise was noticeable, but hey, it's Paris after all...you're going to have big city noise. The location is fantastic, with tons of great shopping; chains, mega-stores, boutiques and everything in between. Great accessibility to Metro and buses. A good place to stay if you've never been to Paris before and want to be in the middle of the shopping universe.

The hotel is located in a Madeleine area, very chic - suitable for those who likes to shop!
We arrived very early morning, around 8 am and the front desk were very warm.. I have been to Paris many times, never before the front desk greeted my this nice.
Hotel room was as expected - small... but suprisingly the toilet is very spacious!

The only downside is the view... or lack of it! As we only have small window facing inside... nothing to see basically, but if you have the whole Paris to see outside... you don't need nice view from your room :p

Good transport links with the metro and open top bus tour. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all spoke English. Rooms were clearnly kept and comfortable. Breakfast sufficient, but for EUR 20 you can expect a bit more variety. Wifi cost was not included to the fare. Access to internet a bit of a problem.
