“Excellent choice”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

Trying to balance the location and quality of a hotel in Paris against the cost is not easy. We decided to book the Hotel Relais Bosquet because it was within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, and a metro station and because the price wasn't so high as to require a second mortgage.

The quality of the hotel was everything we had hoped for. The staff were friendly, and the room (on the 6th floor with fantastic views) was a good size, clean, well decorated and with good facilities. There were plenty of good boulangerie nearby for breakfast (Denis Auvray on Rue Cler in particular) and excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk of the hotel.

We’ll certainly stay here again the next time we visit.

Room Tip: Room 601 has a view of the golden dome of Les Invalides

Well - located close to Ecole Militaire station and some bus stops . Great bakery round the corner and two supermarkets very close by ( Carrefour and another one) Nice walk to Eiffel Tower and Christian recommended a great restaurant on the way . Since we are on the topic of Christian - he really is the star of the place . Always kind and willing to help. Would like to also thank one of the night staff who helped charge my iphone. Thanks to the trip advisor reviews we were mentally prepared for the tiny rooms and shower. The rooms were spotless. Our room did have the view of the Eiffel Tower - this was an unexpected surprise! All in all a good stay

Very nice little hotel in a quiet street, 5 min away from the Eiffel Tower, D'Alma bridge and metro line 8 L'Ecole Militaire station. Plenty of places to hang out, eat or just wander around. 24 hr outside parking by subway entrance (30 euro a night)...breakfast is decent too, room clean...We liked it a lot.

We stayed here two nights and everything was great. Very close to metro station. The hotel staff were super nice. On the last day, we had a bunch of luggage so we were going to get a cab to Gare Saint Lazare. Instead, he suggested the bus which was 100ft away, came in 2 minutes, and dropped us off right at the train station.

The room was very nice - great decor and the shower was great. The room is a bit small but you're in such a great location. Also surrounded by great restaurants. Would definitely stay here bext time.

A really lovely hotel where every need has been anticipated and is catered for. the range of extras included shoe cleaning kit, sewing kit, shower cap, facial wipes, an emory board etc etc! There are also tea and coffee making facilities. the bed was extremely comfortable, the room clean, fresh and bright and we had the added bonus of a view of the eiffel tower! the breakfast was also really excellent with loads of choice and every imaginable food! the staff were all friendly and helpful. Altogether - it really could not have been better.
The area around is delightful with lots of interesting shops and some wonderful restaurants including a mechelin starred bistro. very close to the metro and the Seine - we were able to walk quite comfortably from Ile de la Cite via the Louvre and back to the hotel.
Excellent value for money and strongly recommended.

Room Tip: The higher up you are, the better the view of the Eiffel tower. When we checked in the concierge pic...

If you want to choose a hotel that gives you a real Parisian experience (rather than an American experience in another country), this one is for you! It is located in the very convenient and very pleasant Rue Cler neighborhood on the left bank. It is just steps away from The Metro Ecole Militaire stop which is on line 8 and gives you quick and easy access to all major lines. From some rooms you have a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower which is 5 minutes from the hotel door, and the rue Cler--the quintessential Parisian market street is just up the street. Book by "liking" the 3-star hotel on Facebook, and you get the best available rate and the added benefit of free breakfast! What a deal!

Room Tip: Rooms with a view cost a little more, and rooms without are very quiet. You choose! There are stan...

Our first visit to Paris, and it's overwhelming, how to choose? We decided two things: close to the Eiffel Tour and close to easily procurable food! We chose the 7th Arrond, and this lovely gem of a hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Tour and 1 block from Rue Cler. A VERY good location for what we wanted. Now, there was no view to speak of (our room looked out on the center courtyard area, nothing great there) but it was quiet. We were a 10 minute walk from the closest Metro station. The room was comfortable. We were completely satisfied with this hotel and would stay again. Can't wait to visit Paris again!
