We got a room with no air conditioning so I asked for a change. The front desk told me the next day there would be one available but not tonight. So I couldn't sleep the whole night because it was so hot and opening the windows mean listening to all the cars on the street. It was very noisy. Next day, the front desk claims the hotel has no AC in any of its rooms, until we pressed on further saying someone said there is a room available with AC. THEN, he runs to the back, talks to someone, and comes out and said AC rooms are only on the 1st floor and makes the change for us. In the end, the AC is not strong, we still had to open the windows. The shower door is broken. The bed was broken. There was no hot water for the night and the next morning. The front desk never told me the breakfast is not included so I had to pay 12 Euros per person per breakfast. I stayed in Italy with 2 hotels and both included the breakfast. Front desk seemed pretty rude. The only good thing I can think of is it's next to a metro station and the beds were good enough to sleep on.
