Hotel is in a great part of the city - short walk to Seine, Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Metro stop one block away; but, the city is so much fun for walking and exploring. Found several great restaurants within a few blocks, from concierge recommendations (Victor, and La Table Lauriston). Hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. Front desk (Anne-Claire), concierge (Jamal), breakfast room maitre d'hotel (Mohammed), and Epi, the ever-friendly lady that ensures your breakfast experience is memorable. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are typically small, by US standards; but, you don't go to Paris to sit in a hotel room. Room has a small balcony overlooking side street. Absolutely quiet at night. The bathrooms are very contemporary, and well-supplied. Shower is spacious. Minibar prices are not posted, and are expensive. Would not hesitate to recommend the Hotel Baltimore to a friend.
Room Tip: Common sense would suggest avoiding the rooms next to the elevator.
