“Right on the Money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014 via mobile

We spent four comfortable nights in this ideally located hotel. Many major sites in walking distance, several metro lines nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. I mislaid my phone, as I thought in the room, and they ran a security check with no fuss to prove that no one else had been in. It turned up in a theatre. Breakfast was satisfactory; more fresh fruit would have been better. Highly recommended establishment.

This was very good value for a friendly and welcoming hotel in a good central location. The welcome was excellent and friendly. Our room was very clean, spacious and well appointed. Renovations were taking place in one half of the rooms but it was well insulated and did not cause any problems. For a hotel of this rating this one was great for a city break. There were lots of restaurants and major attractions nearby. Happy to commend this hotel.

We stayed for four nights in a superior room with a balcony in the 5th floor (no 507). Very comfortable room, recently renovated, elegantly decorated and quite spacious for Parisian standards. If only the cupboard were a little larger. For the balcony we had to pay an extra 25 euro per day, but it was very pleasant and doubled the habitable space.
In general the hotel, both the phisical environment and its people, are very good.
Nice breakfast; and most particularly an excellant location for walking in the very centre of Paris.
I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Room Tip: If the weather is ggood and you can afford it ask for a room with a balcony in the 5th floor facind...

We arrived early in the morning, 4 of us in two rooms. The hotel reception advised they had one room available straight away, the other in just over an hour which was marvelous. When ever we went in or out the staff were always polite and friendly. The door was opened for us on our arrival & our bags taken to our rooms.
The room was a good size with a brand new bathroom and a glorious shower! A separate toilet too which was nice when you are sharing a room. A good sized fridge. The window looked out into a central area shared with neighbouring buildings which meant we had no traffic noise what so ever...bliss after a long journey. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

Very good value.

Well located to the Louvre, Galleries Lafayette, the Opera & the metro.

Would definetely use again

Room Tip: ask for a room facing inwards rather than onto the street if you want quiet.

Hotel location is great for exploring Paris and shopping. It is just 100m to Opera Garnier, Gallery Lafayette and Printemps, and all other shops in Bd. Haussmann. Louvre is also on walking distance, like 15-20 min walk. Additional plus is that the Roissy bus which goes to the CDG airport is just few meters away. The room we got was just the one we asked for, it was very clean and nice designed, and about 20m2. Cleaning service was impeccable, and they were practically invisible. The wifi in the room is free and worked very good. The buffet breakfast is included in the price for room and was quite good. The receptionists were so helpful and always at the guests service. Here I need especially to mention Kataryna, Sabine and Marko, who really made our staying in the hotel so pleasant, that I will always choose this hotel when I come to Paris again, and certainly can recommend it further. Plus the hotel brought me luck, cause I won a gold medal for my presentation at the conference so I will never forget it!

Room Tip: We had a room to the street side, and it was very good acoustically isolated, so we couldn´t hear an...

The location of the hotel is excellent and they give you maps when you check in; a walk to the river is maximum 10 minutes. The hotel is still undergoing renovations but it didn't affect us. There were 4 of us and we had 2 different rooms, one slightly larger and a little more expensive; both were as new, bathrooms brilliant, beds excellent. The hotel does not have many facilities but there are many bars and restaurants minutes away. They offer a buffet breakfast for 15euros which was also good. Front desk staff were all very friendly and got us taxis when we wanted them. Would stay there again.

Room Tip: Front rooms are very nice however it is quite a busy street during the week.

I couldn't really find any fault with this hotel. It is very conveniently located, near the galleries Lafayette, and very handy for the Roissy bus. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant and the breakfast was very nice, much better than expected. The hotel room wasn't big, but normal by Paris standards, and was quiet and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was very big and obviously new, and the shower was lovely. We had wifi in our room which was a plus. The hotel is under renovation but that didn't affect us at all. I would say this is an excellent hotel to use as a base for exploring Paris, and very good value.
