Upon arriving staff were very friendly and all spoke good English as our French was poor. The room was well presented, yes it was small but had everything we needed. The bed was amazingly comfortable! Breakfast room was small and cosy but not of a bother. Would definitely stay there again.

The first time I landed in Europe was in Paris. Unlike my usual travelling, I have all my journey incl. accomodations arranged by a travel agency. And since I was busy before the departing day, I haven't checked this hotel via internet. Usually I do check them first. I just checked how to get there from the airport which is very easy. Just took a train heading to Charles de Gaulle Etoille train/metro station, exit to Avenue de Wagram, walk a minute and voila!... The hotel. To me the room was surprisingly small, since I am from Indonesia where even small hotel has bigger room. But they managed to make it very comfortable. It's clean, modern, effective, & most importantly comfortable. The staffs were friendly & very helpful. With Starbucks, McD, & Quick Burger around it, it's a sure thing you won't be starving anytime. If you need meal a'la France, couple of Cafes are across the street. The drawback was breakfast that served in the basement which is very small. But since I wake up very early to have breakfast, there's nobody but me. And they serve a great tasty & fresh breakfast. By the way, have I mentioned that you can look straight to the Arc de Triomph from your window (if your room on side of the Avenue)?

Room Tip: Choose a room which is on the side of the avenue. You can look Arc de Triumph from the window. And h...

We were so impressed with this hotel. The location is fantastic - a 5 minute walk to the Champs-Elysee and a 2 minute walk to the metro that gets you to anywhere else in the city. The metro station also has a RER line (which we used to go to Disneyland). We had a classic room on the 6th (top) floor. The room was small but beautiful and very clean. We could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice - various breads, crossants, cereals, yoghurts, fruit. There was also scrambled egg and sausages, which I didn't expect.

Loved everything bout the hotel and location. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Higher floors should have view of Eiffel Tower - very pretty at night

The best part of the hotel was its location. As soon as our cab stopped, I could see the Arc de Triomphe staring at us and Champs de Elysee was just a street after. The metro is located 2 mins from the hotel. So basically one is very well connected. The hotel staff is very friendly and managed to answer most of our questions and guide us. The rooms are definitely quite small, having said that they are comfortable and has everything that one needs. It's quite peaceful once you are inside the room. Even the small pantry where we used to have our breakfast barely had any place to move around but the buffet was good and standard on all the days. I would recommend this place and would definitely want to stay there again when I visit Paris.

This hotel has been renovated recently and offers very nice rooms: unfortunately small (we're in Paris :-) ), but with a very comfortable bed. It's very well located, near a metro station, so you can travel very easily around in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One drawback is the room for the breakfast: that's situated in the basement is far too small for the number of guests. Also the breakfast served was not really overwhelming in terms of what was being offered: rather basic but OK.
Overall: a place to recommend !

Location, location, location. Loved that we were able to see the Arc de Triomphe as we stepped outside the hotel and Champs de Elysee was a street over. other attractions are either within walking distance or the metro stop is a block away. The bus from Charles de Gualle dropped us very close to the hotel. Being Paris, there is an abundance of restaurants in the area. The staff was very friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. We arrived a little early but they accommodated us couple of hours before the check in. The room was on the small side but we expected that before booking. The breakfast buffet was good daily. Overall, an excellent stay at Hotel Plaza Etoile.

Room Tip: Away from the elevator.
