This has been the worst hotel I have seen in my life!! We booked it through Priceline as a 3*... I would have given it a -20*...but anyway, we got there at around 11:00 pm and were surprised at how small and dirty and old the lobby was. After about 30 minutes at the check-in desk, we finally got our keys (which we had to leave at the front desk any time we left the hotel) and started our odyssey up to our rooms. The elevator was not big enough for a person and his/her bag, so we had to go 5 floors up the narrowest staircase I've seen. Our floor had no power. When we got to our room, the door wouldn't open. Finally, after getting it open we noticed that the bed had just been slept on, it was unmade, there was trash all over, the towels were on the bathroom floor, and the window was opened. It seemed as though someone had been doing stuff in there, heard us coming in, and jumped out the 5th floor window. Aside from the room being a mess, it was extremely tiny. We couldn't walk on the sides of the bed, there was no room for luggage...just horrible!!!! We decided to get out of there and look for another hotel. The front desk clerk said he had mistakenly given us the key to another room which was occupied...imagine if they give your key to someone else!!!! So we left and went to the Sofitel at La Defense, which is farther away but much nicer and close to the metro which gets yoy everywhere and fast!!!!
