Hotel is opposite the Metro so great location for hoping onto the underground to explore. Very near 3 sets of velib bikes which we used loads for exporing Paris. Hop on and off as you please as there are velib 'docking stations' all over Paris.
Room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water and very friendly and helpful staff. We discovered a great restaurant just 5 mins from the hotel called the Epsilon (44 Avenue Des Goblins). Great buffet breakfast and secure parking available for 20 euros per day.

Absolutely clockwork stay in a really good value budget hotel. Pre booked we got our rooms for £75 pounds per room per night which was a great deal. Really clean rooms, All things modern and in working order. Hotel felt safe and secure. Breakfast we expected to be rubbish but actually had a good variety of items and added to the value. Good location outside Metro Stop, The Place D'Italie is a pretty nice area with plenty of bars/restaurants walkable to have a nice night out if you dont want to go back into Paris Centre. Rooms are not massive but as most will know you get what you pay for really in Capital cities. I would think that you would have to pay elsewhere in Paris another 20-30Euros per night to get the same. Not any atmosphere or charm inside but I dont thing that is the purpose to be fair of this chain anyway. Good English spoken at the desk but we did our best to attempt French only to discover the guy was a german anyway!! Great base to use for Paris.

I couldn't stop raving about how happy I was with this hotel. This was our 7th visit to Paris in the last 20 years and we did "charm" and "cheap" but what this lacked in charm it made up for in comfort and convenience. The air conditioning worked like a charm, the elevator was big enough and reliable. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom roomy and there were even washcloths! The staff was extremely helpful. The room was small but manageable for the two of us, and it was clean and quiet, our window looked out on a back alley. We choose the hotel to be close to our daughter; in Paris for a study abroad program, and it turned out to be a great location. Try the Avant Gout restaurant about a block away on rue Bobillot (call for reservations). The breakfast was good, better quality than the equivalent in the U.S., even the coffee from the machine beats most of the excuse for coffee served in U.S. hotels. I gambled and booked it by the "no cancellation" route and figured that I made the same gamble by buying the plane tickets, so why not. There were a lot of families but we think we saw a couple of honeymooners, too!

The hotel is very centrally located. it is right next to a metro station, a bus stop and a 5 min drive away from a train station. It is a very nice hotel in its range in Paris. It is very difficult to find hotels with good breakfast in France but this one managed to make us happy. It has a good spread of food, you just had to be on time. By the last half hour of the breakfast....the food started dwindling and refills were not provided. The coffee machine was a life saver.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a hair drier.....much appreciated. Our room faced the back lane but was not that bad.....but some rooms can be cramped. The size of the rooms are not uniform. My friend got a very small room at first but the hotel changed it after a day on request.
