We stayed here over Christmas, the location was excellent with restaraurants and bars right outside your door and within walking distance. We were 2 min walk to Moulin Rouge.
The room was compact, but I get the impression that a lot of places in Paris are the same. the room was clean and tidy, and did have a very small kitchen (bench with hotplate) it also had a fridge and you could cook if you chose to, but being on holliday I had no intention of cooking.
We could not find the bedroom to start with, had a neat little lounge, then we realised the lounge and the sofa was to be our bedroom and bed.
The sofa bed would have to be the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on!! I was going to see if we could change rooms, but in the end we just put up with it. I even started waking with a very sore back. On the bright side, we were up a lot earlier than we would have been on holiday, (just to get out of the bed) so we did end up seeing a lot more of Paris than we anticipated.
The Wifi was free but you had to keep logging on every time you had not used it and that really frustrates me. We could not get either of our phones to hook in and so only had the IPad that was connected, I know we should have gone and asked them about it, so really not their fault.
We also asked for some recomendations on places to eat, we were told to try across the road, where we had already been and found very average, plus another place just up the road, which once again we had already tried and although good for a drink was not very good for breakfast. We did find some really neat places ourselves but just thought that there had been no effort put into helping.
Another good thing about the apartment was that it was a very short taxi from the Eurostar and about 8.00 euro.
I would go back if I knew that the bed was not going to be a sofa bed, but in reality there are so many places in Paris and most seem to have restaurants all around them, that I would probably try a different area all together.

We are sorry that you had problem with the sofa bed. It is true that we had to repair one beginning of January and we think that it should be this one you had because most people find them very comfortable and it allows you (when they are closed) to have a larger living room.
As for the advice of a restaurant, we must say that it is sometimes difficult to advise exactly what the guests like.
