A nice little hotel, probably not worth the price, but it's located just the opposite of Dupleix metro station, which allows you quick and easy transport. There are many nice small restaurants around, even a chocolaterie on Boulevard de Grenelle!
There was some construction work going on near the hotel, but I was anyway not using the room during the day, so that could be a problem only for people who sleep in late.
Although the hotel advertises as having a view on the Eiffel tower, it can only be seen from the window if you lean forward and look to the right.
In the morning breakfast includes exacly one cup of coffee or tea, with milk, one croissant, one bagel, one little jam, and a glass of orange juice. My advice is to take 7eur and spend it on a croissant and a cup of coffee in one of the coffee shops around.
There is only a wireless connection available for the guests, so be prepared for not having a cable option available.
The room was clean, although the whole hotel could use a renovation. English is definitely not top class when speaking to staff, but they are very helpful.
The thing I found the most annoying is that the hotel's front door was locked during the night, so if you plan on going out for the night, be sure to ask at the front desk if they have a policy regarding the time when you should be back.
All in all, it's a nice place to stay, especially if you will be sightseeing a lot and need just a place to sleep in a safe and very pleasant neighborhood.
