This is our 2nd visit (first one was in December 2011). The hotel is extremely well-located, 3-5 minute walk to the Opera (& metro station) and another 3-5minute walk to major shopping centres Printemps and Galeries Lafayette.

The hotel room is clean and well-maintained and fairly spacious (we had a triple). However, the bathroom was a little small, but nothing we couldn't accept.

Service is good, helpful, efficient, polite and friendly. We never had any problems/issues.

In all, a hotel which was very good for money.

2 blocks from Paris Opera and subway stop. Clean and reasonably priced for Paris. We needed a triple room which is not easy to find and although the room was small, it was acceptable by Paris standards. Nice bathroom.

This hotel is located to the opera district and in walking distance to the Louvre. The hotel was always clean, and the customer service was mostly helpful. Just so you know, they take your hotel room key from you at the front desk every time you leave for "safety precautions". I didn't understand why and I felt like no one could fully provide an explanation for this. The housekeeping services were wonderful.
It was 3 of us and we stayed in the Duplex which was quite comfortable. The bathroom was quite large, but had a bathtub only with an extension off the tub for shower-like capabilities. Many restaurants nearby, Chez Clement was my favorite. Overall, I would stay there again if I wanted to stay in that area of Paris.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just near the metro, shopping, and lots of bars and restaurants. The staff spoke fluent English and were always very friendly and helpful. Our room, whilst not overly large, was big enough, and the bed was very comfortable. Strangely, our bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom, and although it was a bit dated, it was clean. Our shower (over the bath) had no shower curtain, which resulted in a wet floor. Breakfast was good, with lots of pastries, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and a coffee machine. The free wi-fi was great. There are probably cheaper hotels in Paris (and a lot of more expensive ones!), but because of it's location, the Danou Opera was a winner with us.
