“Four Blissful Days”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

This was a glittering surprise after all we had heard about Paris hotels. Perfectly situated, with a metro station yards away, the Musee D'Orsay, Louvre, Les Invalides etc. a short, gentle stroll, it is a most welcoming home from home. Wonderful, friendly service from an immaculately presented staff welcomes you on each return to an expertly designed hotel, fresh, clean and appealing in every way. We had a regular twin room -small by some standards, but made to feel much larger by the thoughtful organization of facilities. Great linens and pillows -we slept like logs. There is no restaurant here but it doesn't matter -there are hundreds of all types within easy walking range. Breakfast is served, however, in a small but surprisingly capacious area. It's a most satisfactory buffet -mainly cold but with excellent scrambled egg, sausage and bacon, too. Quince jam for the toast! We had not found that anywhere for years. There is a pleasant foyer, a small bar for the necessary night-caps, an accessible business centre. The people who work here seem proud to do so; they are genuinely warm and helpful. The management is to be congratulated on achieving such excellence.

We spent 3 nights in the K+K just before heading to Disney. We checked in normally with the staff realising that we had two kids 6 months and 3 with us and who kindly asked the porter to help us up.

The porter was a very friendly person who also showed us around the room. This was one of the largest with the best view and the only one in the hotel with a terrace he explained. We were delighted.

The bed was comfortable and a cot was also provided. The bathroom was a little small but certainly well equipped. The staff made an excellent job of cleaning up our room.

The convenience in the K+K is its proximity to major sights such as the Eiffel tower. Even with 2 very young kids it was easy to walk to the location within 15 minutes.

Breakfast was interesting. Foods made available were all of high quality. The only thing we missed was the more "English Breakfast" element which although present was almost a by-thought. Nonetheless it was an abundant and well presented breakfast that we enjoyed every morning.

A few good restaurants are also close by.

Well done to the K+K. Keep it up !

Room Tip: Ask for the room with the terrace with distant view of the Eiffel Tower !

The location of this Left Bank hotel is ideal for easy to access most major attractions on either the Right or Left Bank. The hotel is adjacent to the Rue de Bac Metro station a few metres off Boulevard St Germain and a five minute walk to a bridge over the Seine. Les Invalides is about a seven to ten minute walk, the Eiffel Tower a little longer. There is excellent shopping along all the local streets, with the large Bon Marche department store about a five minute walk away. A large outdoor market, Marche Raspail, is held further down the street three times a week with Sunday being an organic market.
Dozens of restaurants and cafes in nearby streets gives you plenty of choice or you can have a light meal in the hotel bar area – a good option on a rainy evening.

The hotel is well managed and modern with the staff, most of whom speak English, going out of their way to ensure guests have all they need – from amenities to information – nothing is a problem.
Being Paris the rooms are compact, but are well laid out, light and airy and have all that you need, with free WiFi in most rate options.
Breakfast is also usually included in the rate. There is an excellent selection and the staff are brilliant at managing the breakfast room and the expectations of guests – not an easy task.
This was our third stay at this hotel and once again I cannot fault it. We really enjoyed staying here.

Room Tip: Room tip: High floor for view to either Scare Coeur or Effiel Tower and limited rumbling from the me...

Stayed at this hotel for several days in June 2013 and found it to be perfectly located. Just several block from the Louvre and the Seine's hop on, hop off boats which stopped at most of the beautiful attractions dotting the river. The hotel itself was immaculate with fair sized rooms (for Paris) and had all of the modern conveniences. The breakfast had a good selection of sweet and savory. The only complaint is that the kitchen underestimated the demand for scrambled eggs three mornings in a row and the wait was between ten and fifteen minutes. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We've stayed at two K+K Hotels, one in Paris last year and one in London last week. We enjoyed staying at both hotels. The rooms in both hotels are crisp clean, their staff is attentive, professional, thoughtful, and ready to help. Rooms and bath rooms in both hotels are small for American taste, but that's Europe for you. Also the shower stalls are only half enclosed but you'll get used to it after a couple of nights. Hotel Cayre in Paris is ideally located w/n a few steps of the wonderful Paris Metro and w/n walking distance of museums and shopping, and banking venues in the tony 7th district. Historic Paris restaurants are w/n walking distance and hotel staff can give you directions to them. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience there.

Room Tip: Stay away from rooms close to elevators; and see if you can get their breakfast as part of your room...

Of the thousands of hotels to choose from across Paris we could not have picked a better location. Close to many restaurants & shops, we walked to Eiffel tower, Notre Dame, the latin Qrt. The service was great everyone really helpful with good english. The St Germain bar down the corner became our "local" for 3 days. The only minor thing was size of rooms which I am told is the same all across Paris. Bfast was small but enough to get you started for the day including some hot dishes (bacon / eggs etc).

Room Tip: High rooms

Following a suggestion of a friend that knows Paris very well, I stayed at cayré Paris during one week.
It has large rooms (consider you are in Paris!), clean and functional.
The service is good without luxury, and the breakfasts were excellent.
