This is a small hotel. It is very convenient. Close to Tuileries Gardens and Louvre. Owner and his staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was very large with large bathroom especially by European standards. Our breakfast was included and it was more than adequate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Warm and friendly welcome from Receptionist who listened politely to my daughter's efforts at French, although it later transpired that she and all her Reception colleagues spoke flawless English!

We took two rooms, a double for we adults and a triple with 3 single beds for our children. Our room was quite small and needed a few licks of paint, but with a clean and spacious bathroom. The children's room was larger and, really, much better value than ours.

The location is fantastic, close to the Louuvre and surrounded by geat bars and cafes and close to the Metro and the beautiful Jardin des Tuileries. As mentioned the staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleaning left a little to be desired: there was a Smartie on the stairs on the first day and it became a running joke as we saw it intact on each subsequent day.

I'd certainly stay in this location again, and the Louvre was perfectly adequate for a moderate budget.

This hotel is a small boutique hotel in an excellent location around the corner from the Louvre, shopping etc. and within walking distance of Notre Dame and the left back attractions. The rooms are not overly luxurious in appointments, but clean and comfortable and ours was spacious with lovely french doors that opened over street. The people were friendly and welcoming. For the price we paid (250 euros) we felt this hotel was a good deal for Paris and would definitely stay there again. One comment, this hotel has but one small elevator (e.g. barely fits two people) so those with handicaps should check that it will work for them

We just returned from Paris, and first stayed at the Le Meridien Montparness for five nights. Despite the reviews, we were very happy with our stay.
We then stayed at Emeraude Hotel Louvre Montana, for five nights. The room was spacious and worked well for myself and two sisters. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Farid and Beatrice. They gave directions to different tourist sites, and were very caring and kind.
Everything went smoothly until the night before our departure.
My sister went downstairs to have the front desk confirm our shuttle as we could not seem to get through on our room phone,
Rashid was at the front desk and called the shuttle company, instead of confirming it, he cancelled it. My sister then had him call back and she spoke with the shuttle company, who told her that Rashid had cancelled, so she told him we did not want to cancel, and he said they would pick us up at 8:30 as scheduled.
The next morning we waited for our shuttle, but it did not show up.
We started to fear we would miss our flight, and told Farid what had happened. He called the Shuttle company and was told that
someone from Louvre Montana had cancelled it. Farid then spent quite a bit of time trying to get us transportation to the airport. At 10:15 a.m. a taxi arrived not giving us much time to make our 11:40 flight. The taxi cost us about 85 euro, 30 more than our shuttle. Farid did give us 11.80 toward the taxi, but we still spent more than planned.
I would stay at the Hotel Louvre Montana again, but would do transportation confirmations directly.
