My husband and I stayed in Au Manoir for a week. Everything was perfect. Hotel's location is a great advantage since you could easily walk to Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Notre Dame and many others. There are many beautiful shops, restaurants and bars around as well as art galleries and bookshops. Room is clean and comfortable, staff is very kind and helpful. I had decided to stay in the hotel after I read a review in Tripadvisor and decided to take a time to write a review myself as a way of saying 'thanks' to this lovely hotel and its personnel.
I would recommend it without any hesitation. Bon voyage!

Stayed at this Charming hotel for the second time and still love it. The room we stayed in was the one we requested that we had stayed in previously overlooking the boulevard. They are comfortable and clean and have a mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities.
There was a great shower over the bath and wifi in the room. All the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The position of the hotel can't be beat, the metro is just over the road and most things are in walking distance. We will definitely stay here on any future trips to Paris.

The best thing about this hotel was its location. This hotel is on the main avenue in Saint Germain de Pre, walking disstance from the beautiful Bucci street.
The hotel was no more then nice. We were in a room facing to the interior court. Although the hotel located on a busy street, it was a quite location.
There were 2 weird things in this hotel:
First was our room: it was clean and quit big, but when you entered the room - you entered it throw the shower... So if one is getting a bath, and wants some privacy, the second person can not get out from the room.
The second disappointing thing was breakfast. it was very humble...

We were in rm501, which was clean , comfortable, and relaxing. The bedding and lines were of decent quality.THe bath was modern, yet a bite snug. The step into the tub/shower is a concern for seniors. We requested a street view and was rewarded from a view of the cafe, chruch steeple, and the sounds of jazz street musicans and church bells. The location was ideal. The staff is helpful. Not sure of the four statr rating, yet we enjoyed our time and would consider a return vist.

Room Tip: great location

Typical Paris boutique hotel in prime location on the Saint Germain strip. Represents good value relative to other nearby options. The English speaking staff were very helpful and the rooms more than adequate and very quiet with double glazed windows etc. Request a room with views to the street if poss. We had 102 and found it quite roomy and convenient with only 1 flight of stairs to climb rather than having to use the very small lift. We opted to go out for breaky but the in-house offering looked like a good spread. Would gladly stay here again, in a very 'happening' part of town. Get off the main drag into the side streets for the best value bars and bistros.

This hotel is on the main avenue in Saint Germain de Pres. It is within walking distance of the Seine, the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Conciergerie, and many other attractions.
There is also a metro station very close by (Saint Germain de Pres) and the Hop On Hop Off bus picks up about a block away. Located in an old building that has been renovated., the lobby area is small, but the rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated. They were very responsive to my questions before booking and suggested a private transfer from the airport. We found out later that taking a taxi would have cost us about half, but the private transfer was nice in that we were about and hour and a half late meeting the driver and he waited for us. We reserved the room with breakfast included, through the hotel's website. Breakfast was delicious with an assortment of pastries, cheeses, fruit, and boiled eggs. It was served in a delightful room off the main lobby. We would have preferred a room with a view of the Saint Germain de Pres church, but we were on a private courtyard, which was all right because it was quiet. All in all, this is a very good place to stay in Paris.

Room Tip: If you want a room with a view, be sure to mention it when checking in. We arrived early in the day...

We met up with some friends in Paris who recommended this hotel. I generally like to avoid the St Germain Des Pres area as it can be quite touristy. This hotel was in the heart of the area with the famous Cafes De Flore and Les Deux Magots just steps away, Jardin du Luxembourg a short walk away and lots of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms a good size for Paris (we had a very comfy King size bed) with good bathrooms. There is a very nice breakfast room but also many cafes closeby to choose from. We had a fabulous weekend - what more can you ask for?
