The staff went out of their way to make my Daughter's birthday special from room decorations to a special cake at lunch. The concierge called ahead to get family photos to scroll on the TV.
The lobby and rooms are fresh and amazingly striking not your traditional Paris hotel.

High marks to Concierge and restaurant staff. Only minor disappointment was overpriced car service. Only comparison would be George V . Both the must stays in Paris

This hotel has all the usual that you’d expect from MO: impeccable, friendly service; tastefully appointed rooms with the latest in technology and address to match in ultra-exclusive Rue Saint Honoré. As you enter the lobby you are met with a nice surprise: a private courtyard garden where they have Camelia restaurant…few restaurants in Paris can combine such a beautiful ambiance and superior food. It´s also a nice place to meet friends for cocktails.

I spent 5 days in early April with unusually warm and sunny temps and even having visited many Mandarin hotels all my expectations were exceeded; Ian Kidd is the best concierge in Paris and his team (Adrian in particular) took good care of me. The restaurants, especially Sur Measure (2 Michelin Stars) are so good that I returned at least twice in each. The Spa is among the best in the city and the rooms are quite big and comfortable. I´ve stayed in several “palace” hotels in Paris but none compare to the overall experience of MOPa. I can´t wait to return!!!

My favorites:

· The heated pool must be the most beautiful of all hotels in Paris..
· Sur Measure (a gastronomic must!) and Camelia are top notch restaurants.
· The courtyard garden is a chic place either for a meal or for cocktails.
· And the service from all the staff…such friendliness and attentive service is impossible to find in another Parisian hotel.

Room Tip: All rooms are large by Paris standards; for a special occasion..book room 508, a Deluxe Suite facing...

Mandarin Oriental Hotel has been always my first choice wherever I am travelling to. As an Asia based traveler, I would never expect the same standard compare to Asia Service Standard whenever I am travelling to Europe or US. However with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Paris, they completely rocked it and made me a prefect experience of East meets West!

Nothing woulf be more refreshing than a glass of champagne as a welcome drink even it's 8am after 12 hours. A glass of Champagne reminded me instantly that I am in Paris instead of anywhere else!!! The whole check-in was efficiently and friendly. The luggage arrived even before the rooms orientation finished. Before I evened, the bell boy already offered whether I would like to place my heavy luggage to upstairs where the bed room was.

The suite wa spacious, stylish and most important - user friendly. Pity I only stayed there for one night, which I will definitely return very soon!

Great location for shopping and close to all the sites.
The staff was very attentive and accommodating.
The room was perfect, and overlooking the courtyard was very quiet.
The spa was impeccable.
Amazing breakfast, wish i could wake up like that every day.

from start to finish a marvellous stay!
If you come to Paris as a tourist it is the ideal location. It is just steps from the Metro Opera and allows you to walk literally everywhere in the 1st arr. I arrived in the late evening and was greated by a helpful team at the front desk. I was staying with a friend that was already checked in and after a brief check-in I was escorted to the room and welcomed with a glass of lovely champagne.
The hotel is very modern, easy to walk to, has a personal feel, great spacious rooms and lovely feminine design. We enjoyed a lovely room service breakfast before we headed to the spa for a morning swim. The Spa is located in the lower floor and offers a variety of facilities, including a large pool, hamam sauna, gym and also treatment rooms.
I can highly recommend this hotel. The location is very conevenient, staff is very well trained and very helpful. If you have the chance to stay, then do!

My friend and I were fortunate enough to stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Paris. There are really no words to accurately describe how much we were pampered during our 4 nights there.

Everyone made time to welcome us and anticipated any need or want we had.

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite that had more than we could need. The bedroom, living / dining area, work area, and kitchen were beautifully decorated, making the suite look & feel bigger and bright. The bathroom deserves a whole other review! It was breathtaking! The bathtub was HUGE (plus you could take a bath and watch TV). The shower included steam. There were plenty of mirrors, closets, and space, space, space.

The staff, from the guy that greeted you as you walked in to the people who cleaned your room, was extremely respectful and true professionals. Every single person had something nice to say and smiles to share. They all worked like a big family and made you feel like you were the most important and unique guest in the place.

We had a wonderful dinner in the terrace. We also used the fitness room, which has the most up-to-date machines & technology. Make sure you take advantage!

The night before we left, we received a very relaxing Spa treatment. The ladies very thoughtful and eager to give you a wonderful experience.

The location is fantastic. You are in walking distance to the Opera Garnier, the Louvre, the subway and historic sites. Not to mention you are in one of the most fashionable streets in the world.

Again, everyone made us feel extremely special! Every morning we had new pastries by our coffee machine. The fresh flowers uplifted the room and our spirit!

The leadership, respect and hospitality this hotel offers is second to none.

Without a doubt, you will enjoy your stay at the Mandarin Oriental Paris so much, that you won't want to leave your room.

Room Tip: The rooms are the biggest ones in Paris! The bathrooms are huge.
