First I must say that the hotel location is perfect. You are right in the mix of everything you need to see on a trip to Paris. While the hotel location is great the hotel itself is average. The rooms were small, (even by Europe standards) and the elevator could barely fit two adults. Our room was clean but being that our room was so small it seemed dirty the second we settled it. The hotel lists that they have an airport shuttle. They do but it is run by an outside company with several pick-ups, (at other hotels) on your way to/from the airport. Make sure you account for this time. They charged 20 euros per person per way. They also offer a breakfest at the hotel but it is not free. It was 14 euros per person. The hotel does offer wifi which worked well. The service at the hotel was hit or miss. Everyone spoke english which was a big plus for us.
We had a room on the 5th floor with a small balcony. With beer being so expensive in Paris we ended up stopping at a nearby grocery store, (front desk clerk can direct you) and picked up some beverages. We enjoyed them while sitting on our balcony. This was probably the highlight of our hotel stay.
I don't want to discourage people from staying here. With so much to do in Paris you probably won't spend that much time in the hotel. It worked good for us for a 3-night stay. If our stay had been longer this hotel would not have worked for us. If you get a good price and don't plan on spending much time in your room this hotel might work well for you.
