“The best stay I ever had!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2010

Let me start off by saying WHAT AN AMAZING STAY!!!

The hotel is located in central Paris and is 900 meters away from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is newly renovated and has a modern spark to it...which I just loved!

My husband and I had suite 108 and was just perfect for the two of us. Before we had left we were considering upgrating to a bigger room as it was our honeymoon but I am so glad we didn't.

These smaller rooms in my opinion are more for couples are there is not door to the bathroom, it is all open concept with a curtain you can use to make it more private. We presonally didn't mind because we are married so I thought it was cute.

If I really had to say something bad I would say that it is not the best place to stay for individuals that are on business. The reason why I say that is because the internet access was not all that great. Sometimes we had access, sometimes we did not. Although there is a computer in the lobby that can be used. But remember, keyboards in France are a bit different than in most parts of the world so it takes a bit of getting used to. Also, the irons in the hotel are not that great. We tried ironing some clothes and it was just pointless. But those are all such minor things compared to all the benefits you get!

I was even shocked that they had a professional blowdryer!! This is the first time I had been to a hotel that had one of these. I actually had brought my own becasue I was worried the one in the hotel would not be stronge enough.

I would say that this is a 41/2 star hotel with 3 star pricing!! At least we got an amazing deal for $140/night.

One more thing I have to mention is that our bed was very comfy!! We had a TV in our room that had English channels and I loved all the mirrors that made the room look much bigger...I could go on and on about our stay:).

It is walking distance from the Louvre, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Eifell Tower, and many many more touristic attractions.

It was a little difficult to find the hotel, it is on a nice quiet street. The front desk staff was very helpful. We needed 4 rooms and they were able to get them all on the same floor for us which was great. The staff recocommended restaurants and helped with taxis, printing tickets, etc. It was nice to be in a quiet area with grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and even a laundromat nearby. The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the metro and bus service but really everything is walkable. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Arc de Triomphe with kids aged 14-7. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rroms are modern and very clean.

Stayed for 3 nights – First trip to Paris. Hotel in very good location and in walking distance for Eiffel Tower, river and other attractions. Metro close by. Lots of good local bistros and restaurants although a little on the expensive side but this is the centre of Paris. Also watch the cost of drinks in the bar at the hotel, Very expensive (16 euros for two small beers). Tip – Use the local supermarket for cheap beer / wine and then use the Hotel sunroof, which is very pleasant during the evening.

Would defiantly return and recommend this hotel. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Love Paris a wonderful city.

Unfortunatly the hotel wasn't marked very well on the street and us, like many other couples looking for the place went to the wrong hotel! However, when we finally reached the hotel we were pleasently surprised. Unlike what is marked on expedia this hotel is a 4 star instead of a 3 star so it was very good value for money at for the dates we chose. The street its located on is a nice quiet side street located near a few cafes and a convenient, and cheap!, supermarket which we found to be a much cheaper option than having the hotel breakfast. Its about a 10-15 minute walk from the main station 'Invalides' which offers alot of the main lines and good connections. The room itself was lovely, clean and air-conditioned! It was a little on the small side but that must be expected with Parisian hotels. The bed was very comfortable and a great size! The only down side is that the toilet door is not very secure and you can hear alot when your partner is in there. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but we would have liked to have been helped with lifting our cases into the storage room. Overall this was a very lovely trip though and I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was great value for money and a lovely place to come back to after a long, hot day of walking!

The Hotel Eiffel Park has been my favorite hotel in Paris for over two years. Situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the 7th, it's always been the place I called home.

Upon our return this month, I was surprised to find the hotel under new ownership and completely renovated. Their approach is very modern, very "W" like with textures and colors and ultra modern chic - a complete departure from the French Country style of old.

They've done a great job of dressing the hotel up. The fixtures are classy, the decor is ultra modern and they're got nice amenities like multiple lights, separate bath/toilet, but the highlight of the room is the bed itself. Plush, comfortable - it's the best sleep in Paris I've had yet and is head and shoulders above the old beds.

I had booked this hotel for our honeymoon a few months back and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find the hotel exactly as pictured. We had a few issues finding it(mostly due to our own navigational skills), we turned the wrong direction out of the subway but quickly realized our mistake and got to the hotel. We were greeted by a very pleasant women (who I can't remember her name), she quickly got us checked in and on our way to our room. We were headed to a concert and mentioned to the lovely girl at the front desk, she said she would take care of it and to stop by on our way out. After a quick shower we were back out the door, and there waiting for us was not only a map of Paris but also very detailed map print out of our transit routing to the concert in the 19th er. This level of service we frequently found at the hotel, we were always greeted with a smile and greeting asking how our stay was going. On our last night we inquired with a young gentleman (again forgot his name, must be the wine we drank!), and he pointed us in a direction of one of the best dinners we have had in France called Chez Francois. It was totally hidden (so we would not have discovered it on our own), but had a live Big Band Style of music like we were straight out of the 1940's playing throughout the night. It was fantastic! Our only negative of our stay would be that we found that some of the bathroom amenities were not always replenished, but it was easy to find a housekeeper to do so. Our favourite aspects of the hotels were the rooftop patio where we had baguette, pate/cheese and a bottle of wine in the late afternoon sun, we always seemed to be the only ones up there. Also for those looking for an North American style shower, it has a huge rain shower head with good water pressure. Just a note that the rooms are 'cozy' but you are not in there very much. The general neighbourhood is fantastic and really easy to get just about anywhere in Paris. We had originally booked at another hotel in Paris for the night before we fly home, but changed and are now returning to the Hotel Eiffel Park!

Personal items were stolen by hotel cleaning staff from the safety of our room, when we reported it to the receptionist Nazrine (who gets a special mention as we have never met anyone so rude) she did absolutely nothing. We had to locate the manager ourselves as the receptionist refused to ring him and denied that he was in the hotel. The assistant manager promised to investigate the matter. After checking out he refused take our calls and the hotel refused to take responsibility for the stolen items. We were also woken at 7am by a fire alarm, had to evacuate the rooms, no fire and no apology from staff. I have never had such an unpleasant stay in a hotel or met with such bad unprofessional service and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
