“Family-friendly stay in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

Corresponded with them before my stay to request interconnecting rooms, which they confirmed. Upon arrival, the interconnecting rooms were not available---so they upgraded us to a suite. Excellent customer service by Antoine.

Aside from the outstanding views of the Eiffel Tower (including the nightly light show) visible from our balcony, we found the breakfast excellent and especially the breakfast service staff most helpful.

Benjamin took care of us and even played soccer with my son---who could ask for more?

Room Tip: Don't stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel without asking for a view of the Tour Eiffel!!

Clean, great view, and good location. Stayed here on a business trip and it suited its purpose. The rates are fairly high, however, because of the location. The view from the conference room can't be beat.

I am rating the hotel as very good based on the balcony view and the cleanliness. The staff left a lot to be desired however. We traveled through Europe from April to June and Paris was our first stop. When we arrived it was raining, it was cold, we were starving and all we wanted was a warm meal and some drinks so we decided to try their restaurant. The hostess sat us down and then we waited..and waited..and waited. 45 minutes later and still didn't get any service, not even to get a drink order despite the fact that there were plenty of staff members. So we walked through the rain across the street and got great service and food. The day of check out we had another issue with housekeeping staff who kept barging in. Despite the fact that we were told we had a late check out we left before 10 in the morning to catch our morning flight to Nice. Before 9:30 we had at least 4 housekeepers who kept coming into the room even though the do not disturb sign was on the door. I was getting really irritated and couldn't wait to get out of there. Luckily we went on to the Nice and Monte Carlo and had a wonderful time. We probably will not return to this hotel. We could have rented an apartment with a great view for the amount of money we spent here.

As the name suggests this hotel has it all. Situated at the most viewed Paris landmark the hotel is well situated, whether its for the Metro, buses, access to the Seine or one of the numerous "hop on - hop off" services.
The spacious modern designed rooms are comfortable with all amenities. Breakfasts are generous.
Special mention of Virgina, at the front desk who was extremely helpful in assisting us.

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I booked into this hotel for a few days celebrating my 50th birthday. I knew it was going to be good when our daughter told me that I had "nailed it" as soon as we got into the lobby! We had interconnecting rooms which were really great with lots of extra features that are not normally at other top hotels, such as english tv, free films, free wifi and coffee pod machines. We also had bathrobes and slippers.
The location to the Eiffel tower is fantastic with a slow 5 minute walk to the base of the tower. We did pay for rooms with a view of the tower and were not disappointed. Laying in bed watching the light display at night was something that we won't forget.
I think it only fair to point out a couple of aspects that did let the hotel down and stopped it from getting an excellent. The water in the room is not obviously notified as free, so caused some confusion as if there was going to be a cost put onto the room later. The second slight disappointment was the food in The Frame, the hotel restaurant. The french are renowned for their food but they were the worst chips that I have ever had, really greasy and cold. However, the Wasabi cheesecake....yes I did say Wasabi....was amazing.... bizarre but somehow moorish, and something that we have already told all our friends about..... honestly, try it, you will be surprised.
Would we come back, yes, in a heartbeat. Many thanks to all staff who made our stay so relaxed.

Room Tip: Eat at some of the surrounding restaurants that can be booked through TripAdvisor and come with quit...

Spent three nights in this hotel and even though we only had a second floor deluxe room the view of the Eiffel Tower was to die for. The light show provided nightly entertainment. The Frame bar is particularly relaxing for drinks and the staff highly efficient especially evening bar manager Patricia. We hope to return to Paris soon and will definitely stay here again.

A recently refurbished hotel with very modern finish in glass and marble. Helpful staff and stunning views of the Tower especially at night. The room I stayed in was spacious enough and was spotless clean with complimentary hot beverages and bottled water. Could do with a few more milk portions....its location is within 5 minutes walk of the tower and river with ample shops and restaurants nearby.
