“Amazing view!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

Stayed at the Pullman Tour Eiffel for one night for my boyfriend's birthday.

I had pre-paid for a guaranteed tower view however was pleasant surprises to be told that we had been upgraded to a balcony room. The room was a good size with some nice gadgets (iPad, Bose docking station) the bathroom was had a great shower (no bath), the wow part was the view from the balcony!! Wow!! My only feedback to the hotel would be to include a table and chairs so we could sit outside.

The reception area is quite confusing and at check in there were a few disgruntled guests and although the check in experience didn't taint our trip, the process could be improved.

The staff were excellent, and added to our stay.

Overall, a good hotel with FANTASTIC views, I would highly recommend upgrading to ensure a tower view as it really adds to the overall experience! I would stop again.

Wonderful service from the beginning. Geoff at the front desk was so accommodating and went above and beyond for us. The room was beautiful and clean. With tea and coffee machine facilities. The bar is nice and the room service is good food. Wifi is free in the rooms and in is an amazing location. Restaurants are all around us within walking distance. Would defiantly stay here again. And would recommend it to everyone.

My partner and I stayed for one night and it was so lovely! The hotel is exquisitely modern, with iPads, super comfy beds, English TV channels, fluffy dressing gowns and rain showers in the rooms. The staff are warm and friendly with check-in being quite a casual affair (set out like an Apple Store). I loved that you could stand with the staff at the check in desk in front of the computer and see all the information. The view from our room was amazing, the Eiffel Tower is literally a stones throw away. Unfortunately, that night I was very ill (nothing to do with the hotel) and all these little touches just made me feel so much better. Also the room had little surprises like iPod speakers, English plug sockets, lovely lavender and peppermint toiletries which make all the difference! Security is also great, you need a room key to access the lifts and all the rooms have chunky locks that gave me piece of mind. I would definitely come back! However, we got the room on Expedia in a flight/hotel deal for a steal! Our room would have cost us nearly a grand if we had just booked with the hotel so be aware that this is an expensive hotel. We had 2 drinks at the bar (rum and coke yum yum) which cost about 40 euros (WOW). Anyway, the place is great! Close to the train station, the little Statue of Liberty and the river, not to mention Pont de Bir-Hakeim which you'll recognise from the film 'Inception' where Leonardo DiCaprio's character walks in conversation with Ellen Page's character. Would definitely return!

My partner and I had a one night stay at the Pullman where the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe double with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was amazing. The room had an iPad, Nespresso machine, a rain shower and big TV with BBC1 and 2, ITV 2 and 4 and BBC World Service. The hotel looks quite ordinary from the outside but the inside is stylish, ultra modern and also very secure, you won't be able to use the lifts without a room key.

The only thing we would say to watch out for is the prices at the bar, we had 2 dark rum and cokes and the total for these was €40. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment about the food or prices.

The hotel is a very short walk to the Metro and RER lines and seeing as you're minutes from the Eiffel Tower, there's no shortage of restaurants, cafes and bars.

We would happily return to this hotel.

Room Tip: We had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower the garden view looked poor.

The Pullman Eiffel is a costly, quality hotel with spacious modern rooms, facilities. The trouble with this hotel is that it could be a top business class hotel anywhere in the world since there is little Paris inside. Once outside though, you are treated to a close up view of the Eiffel Tower. We were there courtesy Viking River Cruises. During our four days there we asked to speak to a concierge who at that time was the head bellman, the next day it was one of the desk clerks. It would be a a great help for tourists to have a dedicated concierge but most tourists should seek a hotel more representative of Paris for a lot less money.

We stayed here in September of 2014. We booked an Eiffel view room and we were thrilled to lay in our bed at night and watch the light show from the tower. We found everyone at the front desk to be very helpful. They were more than willing to help us navigate the metro and or getting us a cab. They even called our car service several times to make sure that we would get to the airport on time.
The room is nice, everything was clean and worked fine. We spent most of our days out and about exploring the city but we were always happy to come back to our room at the end of the day and relax. We were able to get tv in English mostly coming from the BBC and ITV which was nice as we don't speak much French.
If you do not get a room with a balcony go upstairs to the gym and walk out on the balcony there. You can even watch the light show from the tower. There is almost never anyone in the gym.
The location of this hotel is wonderful and you can walk to several bistros and shops and of course the Eiffel Tower. There are 2 metro lines nearby so you can get to anywhere else in the city pretty quickly. We really loved the location.
We did have to wait for our room at check in as we arrived very early in the morning. I would suggest paying the extra money for an early check in time if you are flying internationally (especially if there are crying babies across the isle from you on your flight).
All in all this is a great hotel!

Room Tip: Use the balcony on the gym to watch the light show if you don't have a view of the Eiffel Tower

We found the Pullman Eiffel to be an excellent business, but also suitable for pleasure. It´s situated very Close to the Eiffel Tower and you can actually order a room with a view of this Tower. Service is great, not mention the restaurant and the bar.

Room Tip: Order a view of the Eiffel tower
