Stay at the Bradford Elysees in early December for a weekend break in Paris. Location was brilliant, literally 3 minutes walk to the Champs-Elysees and the area was nice and quiet too. We stayed at the Monterosa in January which is also part of the same hotel chain Astotel and we were very impressed but thought we would try another one of their hotels this time which is a bit more central. again, we were very happy with our choice, check in was quick and easy and the service was pleasant. our room was clean and the interior was modern but you can still see the characters of the building including high ceiling and lovely windows. this 4 star hotel is nicely decorated and they supply shampoo, lotion, shower gel and other amenities. all you need to bring is a toothbrush! soundproofing is not great and i could hear the next room when they had their music on loud but then again this is Paris! there is a mini bar in the room but no coffee making facilities, however, there are free coffee, tea, juice and snacks on the ground floor all afternoon which is very handy.
the breakfast in the morning was decent, had a selection of bread, cold meat, yoghurt, pastries and they can make eggs for you on request. the only negative thing i can comment on is the service during breakfast, the waitress was extremely rude to other guests when they requested hot water for the tea and she was rolling her eyes when she turned away. she looked ever so miserable and it really affected the whole experience of the breakfast. the supervisors/ managers however were very helpful and friendly throughout breakfast and they were also very efficient when we checked out.
overall, a very chic hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, renovated and well decorated hotel. Even when in your room, you really feel you are in Paris, you wouldn't find a similar style in any other city outside of France. Friendly service, spacious rooms, centrally located. I stayed on the first floor, which was fine. My colleague stayed on the ground floor and didn't like it - could not find a window that could be opened. I believe the higher up the room the better. Good price for quality offered.

great location, spacious room with nice garden view, clean , nice stuff..only problem that you can hear the neighbors going in and our (banging noise from door) as the walls are thin and the bed was right to the door of my room.

Stayed in this charming Parisian Hotel from the 3rd - 6th December 2012. From minute of arriving hotel staff were friendly and helpful, we stayed in a room on the 5th floor and we couldn't of been any happier. It was a decent size room with 2 balconies from which you could see the Eiffle Tower. Breakfast had everything you needed, from cereal to eggs (cooked to your requirement on request), sausage and a selection of fresh bread and pastries. I had read someone had complained about the lift being too small! I found it to be more than adequate and my husband and self could fit in it perfectly with our cases. All in all a perfect hotel for our first time in Paris and we will return again and recommend it to our friends and family.
