“Nice hotel at a great price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 4, 2013

Went there for a Jimmy Buffett concert at the Le Cigale. Nothing fancy, but it was a place to sleep while not out exploring the town. The small bar had the best prices in Paris. Fiasel(?) the night manager was GREAT. If you are looking for a place to sleep and not sit around (who does that in Paris), this hotel will do just fine. I will be staying there next year when Jimmy plays Paris again.

Room Tip: Book your stay with the breakfast included in the price. It (the breakfast) was ok but a little pric...

You pay for what you get. Nice location, very friendly staff, fairly easy walking to metro station and close to Gare Du Nord station. I wouldnt say it's a nice area, but you will be fine if you pay little more attention to surrounding. If you stay at this hotel, I would definitely recommend to grab a bite at "Hugo" restaurant if you get a chance (very easy walk, about 3 mins just down the hill.). Had 3 meals at Hugo, and cant be any happier for the food and the price. (Make a reservation for Hugo if you want to go for dinner, since it's a small restaurant and almost always full at night.)

We stayed here for one night while in transit between regions in France via rail. Very small, well worn rooms, but clean and serviceable for one night. Good value for the money if you just need a stop-over.

Good hotel in an ideal location for Eurostar travellers. The room was a good size with almost everything you would need for a short stay in Paris (decent bathroom, small TV and free WiFi). Friendly staff organised flowers in advance of my stay and I found that the location was close to a Tube station for travelling around. Due to the weather we did find it stuffy and the windows were open, but this can mean noise especially during breakfast time.

Good option for one transit night in Paris because it's located near the North Railway Station. The street is quiet, the building looks good. Our room was very small and with basic equipement, but it was O.K. for short stay. There was free WiFi connection, clean but old fashion bathroom and small TV. Overall nothing special but I don't have complains. The staff were polite and friendly, no problems with check-in/out or our bill.

Typical budget hotel in Paris in quite good location close to Gare du Nord (10 min walking). The hotel is located on quiet street in a nice historic building. The staff were friendly and competent. Check-in /out without any formalities. The room was rather small but ok for one transit night in paris. The equipment is basic but clean. There is free Wifi in the room, quite fast to use. the bathroom was not modern but acceptable. Breakfast wasn't included in the rate and I didn't use it.
