Nothing to write home about, but made for a comfortable stay during our 8 day trip. Seeing the regular charges for rooms made me grateful I got a good package deal on Orbitz, otherwise I would have been way less happy!

The rooms are quite small but clean with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms (good water pressure! actual bath tub!). Electric teakettle in the room was nice, and the room service, while pricey, is actually pretty delicious. Came in handy for the nights when we were too tired for a 2 hour dinner. Staff was polite and helpful---lent us a corkscrew on several occasions :). Another plus I haven't seen noted in other reviews is the close proximity of an excellent little grocery store---ideal for bottled water, snacks, toiletries, etc. There's also a pharmacy right down the block.

Complaints: Noisy on the street side! Be sure to bring your ear plugs..I read this in other reviews but chose not to heed the advice. The walls are quite thin, so be prepared to hear your neighbors as well. Breakfast is overpriced, but there are so many cafes and boulangeries in the area that it wasn't a problem...just go get a cappucino and pain chocolat rather than spend 12 euro on croissants and juice.

rooms are small but ok. very clean. the location of hotel lodge is really perfect.
didnt have breakfast there because there are enough caffes in the area.
only negative aspects are the bathroom:the bathroom door is sideclosing door so you cant close it completly,& the showerwater isnt warm in the morning.
but wece only been there for two nights,so for that the hotel is absolutely ok.

A trip to Paris could be a once in a lifetime trip. My new husband and I spent our short trip at the Emeraude Lodge du Centre. We stayed for 3 nights in a double room for 259.00 a night. We were very happy with our room the wifi connection worked wonderfully. The room was beautiful it was a little small but decorated very tastefully. Breakfast was more than adequate, and though our room was on the street side and a bit noisy, we would gladly come back.

the bathroom was the best part of this room. nothing great to say about the rest of the hotel. nothing bad to say either. staff was friendly. breakfast was way over priced for what they were offering. it was also the only hotel i stayed at that didn't offer a free breakfast.

all in all, i'd stay here again. it was cheap enough for the budget traveler.
