Just come back from staying here for 4 nights. The hotel was immaculately clean and furnished ( and I am a VERY fussy person about cleanliness). The breakfast food was very fresh, top quality, tasty and very well presented.Coffee was made to order with a choice of hot or cold milk.I do not normally eat breakfast, but ate heartilly there.Toiletries and facial tissus replenished daily,as were towels and bedding. On request you can ask for a free tray with kettle, tea coffee, milk for you to take up to your room, this is available 24/7. 2 minute walk to Metro. It was in a good area so did not feel intimitated at night while walking back.
GO THERE !!!!

Booked one night here while traveling around France. I picked this place because of the price and location. Room was nice, hotel staff were super helpful and always responsive. Breakfast was really great, but was surprised that I was charged for it - as I assumed it was included in the price. make sure to confirm if you believe breakfast should be included.

A true 3 star hotel (says so on front door) but rooms are nice size, clean, friendly staff and in a pretty good location. It is out of the major touristy areas, so don't expect a lot of shops and bistros to be open late or on Sundays. A quick walk to metro will get you anywhere you want and it is about 15 min walk to champs de élysées. For 200$/night on weekend (260$ weeknight) -supreme double room-it was definitely worth it. AC and private bath was nice too. Great place to stay for a couple-family might be a little tight. Harry was a great host at front desk!

Stayed here over a weekend to 'recce' Paris. Great location, 50m from nearest Metro (not that you need it other to get to/from Gare De Nord) but perfectly situated to hit the sights all of which were an easy walk. 15-30 mins took you to most of the places you would think to see, Louvre, Musee Dorsay, etc so really handy to look around for longer stay in future.
Room was clean, comfortable and ok size wise for 2 adults. Hotel is very clean and tidy, bathroom clean and recently refurbished and the staff helpful for the things you need to know quickly, good restaurants, distance/time to sights etc. A restaurant recommended without hesitation, Le Carre, was 100m away from the front door and was excellent. 4 course meal, champagne cocktails, good bottle of wine for 4 people 250 Euros! and the restaurant won best in Paris last year. Go it is excellent value.
A well run, clean and comfortable hotel which is well situated to see the sights around the Place De La Concorde and out to the Eiffel Tower. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a short break, longer and you will be looking for somewhere to sit but there isn't a lounge or bar in the hotel, but then again 50m away there are 4, so enough said.

I stayed at this hotel in June 2012. I was not expecting anything grand, however I was pleasantly surprised and delighted by this little gem. The staff are very friendly and helpful in all aspects, we felt welcomed as soon as we stepped foot through the door.
The rooms were a medium sized, basic, very very clean, fresh sheets daily, our bathroom was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were supplied every day. We were extremely happy with the rooms!!
The breakfast at the hotel was great! Tea, toast, egg, different types of jam, cheeses, cereals, drinks, and service with a smile every morning. In addition, in the evening, you could go along to the lounge for tea and a small selection of snacks, great to just chill out with a cup of tea after a long day touring!
The metro was easy to access, literally a 5min walk, which was extremely handy. You can get to every sight desired through the metro, its easy to get a hang of.
The hotel was located in a nice area, there are several restaurants and and local bars, so if you don't want to tour out the area you are able to grab a bite to eat, and pop in a bar for a wine. I do advise going to opera and champs elysees for dinner!
This hotel was more then we could ask for, we was very pleased and will defiantly return! We would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

We stayed at Saint Augustin Elysees for 4 nights and had 4 rooms. Each room was clean, comfortable and decently sized compared to the standard rooms in Paris. One room was a little smaller than the others and the hotel staff were quick to change it. Staff was one of the best i have seen by far. Each member at the front desk was v, friendly and helped planned our trip, The best feature was the open bar with coffee and croissants at the lobby all day. Anything we needed was provided to our room. I would recommend this hotel to all family travelers as well. The location and neighborhood is safe with great cafes, dept. store and metro station right across the hotel.
