“Excellent Value & Helpful Staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2013

I began my experience of the hotel through e-mails to its staff. The responses were always quick, professional and helpful. The location right off St. Michelle in St. Germain was perfect. Two restaurants were immediately adjacent simplifying dining but also creating noise in the street which came into the room. Turning the fan on of the air conditioner solved the noise problem. The room was always made up quickly. I highly recommend this hotel

It would be very hard to beat this in Paris. Location is excellent, all the staff are friendly and can't do enough to help,
The rooms are a great size ( we use the junior suite as we now stay for 4 nights), sight seeing is 3 minutes away, you are in an area full of a tremendous range of all sorts and levels of restaurants, Metro, taxis, RER 3 minutes walk.
The price is exceptional especially for Paris.
It's like staying with French fiends in Paris. We'll be back again and again.

The hotel is small in the Saint Germain/Latin Quarter area with excellent restaurants at a good price close by the hotel and also good shops and a living area.
Our junior suite suited myself, my wife and our daughter ver well with good beds and a small kitchen and a good bath room. The worlds smallest lift takes you to your room.
The personal service at the hotel is friendly with good english speaking persons- the hotels
restaursnt should be avoided.
The price Euro 240 is expected in this area.
Close to the metro - notre dame - and Charles De G/Orly airports by the metro

Room Tip: The higher up the better - less noise.

Chosen due to on-site restaurant/room service and configuration of rooms. It was perfect for our family. Service was especially good and friendly, with wonderful English speaking staff. Spacious junior suite with additional standard room next door was excellent and like our own private apartment. Location is in the heart of Paris, walking distance to a lot and a metro station close by. Tons of eating choices right in the neighborhood too.

Room Tip: The junior suites with a room next door are perfect for a family or group. We had room 22 (a junior...

I stayed here for a romantic weekend with my wife. We had the Junior Suite. It was the best! Good size, nice bathroom, great bed. It even has a kitchenette for preparing your own food if you want to.
(This suite could easily accommodate two grown-ups and two children, but for some reason they just allow one kid per couple... Strange.) The staff was very helpful in helping us with transport back to the airport upon leaving, due to a strike in the RER/Metro-system. We´d most likely miss our plane if it hadn´t been for their alertness. Other than that, the hotel is situated across the street from the lobby, so it is almost like feeling you have your own flat in St. Germain! And of course; the location is all you could ever want. I just love this area of Paris! :)

Room Tip: The Junior Suite is worth the extra buck.

We booked a junior suite with adjoining room for 3 nights in June to accommodate 4 adults and a toddler... Reception were really helpful and friendly, resolving a small issue with the keycard promptly. The rooms were really clean and nicely decorated, a cot provided free of charge and a decent sized sitting room and dinky kitchenette. A bathroom with a bath was a bonus. For semi self catering it's perfect, ESP as there is a monoprix and mini carrefour ten mins away plus a Nicolas wine shop. Within 10 meters of the front door are a boulangerie and a creperie... The receptionists were really helpful especially when I needed first aid after slamming a door on my toe. We also got a fabulous dinner recommendation from them which made our trip. Only suggestion would be to have some basic coffee making equipment such as a plunger or plastic filter in the kitchenette. Otherwise cannot recommend highly enough. Especially if you are travelling with kids as the sofa in the suite turns into a bed. Also Most places are walking distance..
