Location is great. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is well equipped with a bar, terrace, and breakfast room.
But our room was run down and, although clean on the surface, with the old carpet, old bathroom tiles and old bathtub, you can't help but think that it is not really clean.
We are on our 5th trip to Paris so we know that we can expect more for our money.

this is a great hotel for staying in the marias which i think is one of the nicest areas in paris. the metro, great shops and resturants are on the doorstep. we had a triple room which was spacious and immaculate. a double bed and tv in the main room the second bed was in a seperate little room with a desk, wardrobe and a door on both sides for privacy. the beds, pillows and linens were of very good quality. there was seperate toilet and shower room with double sinks. it was the largest bathroom i have encountered in paris in over a dozen stays at various places. the staff couldnt have been more helpful and friendly. the breakfast was very good. it was my first stay but i will definately be returning there again

Excellent location, close to everything. You can walk to Notre Dame, Louvre, Centre Pompidou and La Bastille. The metro station is really close. The hotel is very clean and maintained. The rooms, or at least our room, was small but very comfortable. It is assumed that you not go on vacation for stay in a hotel. Daily cleaning efficiency.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

It was our first trip to Paris and my daughter and I had 2 single rooms during the 2nd week of August. The people at the reception desk were always helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to cafes and all transportation links. Everything was clean. I had breakfast there one day and was more than satisfied. Drinks are available in the lobby and the patio just outside the lobby is a delightful place to relax. The rooms are small but comfortable. The elevator is tiny. It would help if there were a couple more electrical outlets and a mirror outside the bathroom. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
