My wife and I decided to go to the Ritz for Sunday brunch. The hotel itself was gorgeous! We did not have a reservation and it was booked up. However, they were kind of enough to seat us. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was very good. They had an amazing selection of food and spectacular presentation, but it was not very good. Out of all the restaurants we ate in Paris, it ranked somewhere in the middle.

Staying in Paris is always wonderful, but to stay at the Ritz captures the very essence of the city. The hotel is in such a beautiful location, with fantastic views and a very special place. The perfect hotel for any celebration, particularly a wedding anniversary.

We stayed here on our last night after traveling through Italy and France for 5 weeks. We knew we were spending a lot of money but it was worth it. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the amazing service. The staff were very attentive and helpful. After being shown to our room we lay down on the bed and it was by far the most comfortable bed in our travels. The pool area is beautiful and we enjoyed the use of the gym. Breakfast the next day was lovely and again it was the service that stood out. Really glad we got to stay here before the renovation but look forward to going back to see what it looks like in a couple of years.

You can't beat the Ritz in Paris. The location is great near a beautiful park. The staff is very helpful. The food in the restaurant, bar and room service is outstanding. The pool area is a serene fairy tail break from the bustle or Paris. You can spend a day just in the pool area reading a book. It is beautiful inside. They even provide swimming caps to keep the pool clean. They accommodate children as well. The rooms are very well decorated with fabric on the walls to help keep out noise, beautiful furnishings, draperies and bedding. Every detail is attended to as a guest and a hotel. Yes it is expensive, but it is also an experience.
