“Awesome Museum!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

Muss Rodin was my husband and I's favorite museum in Paris. The first building that you enter will hold the special exhibits. When we were there in July, it was a showing of all of Rodin's cast models and actual sculptures. The outside garden area is absolutely amazing! We wandered around for about and hour relaxing and taking pictures. A large sculpture of The Thinker is in the center of one of the gardens. There were numerous benches spread throughout the garden that you could sit at, and there was also a little cafe outside. You are also able to go inside Rodin's house, that is now museum. It contains more works by Rodin, as well as works by Rodin's friends. The museum is much smaller that the Louvri and D'Orsay, but it is lovely to walk around and small enough that you don't need to dedicate an entire day.

“Highlight of trip!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

Must return here - no hyperbole will do it justice. Fe people are aware of the incredible skill of Rodin in creating his sculptures. Anyone who visits the newly revamped modern gallery/museum will be left in any doubt. Sadly no photos are allowed, and the place is small by Parisian attractions standards but it certainly packs a punch. Full of white marble sculptures which are truly alive, far better visit than the Louvre. Incredible visit and certainly highlight of trip.

“Small but worth it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

The thing is: There are many many museums like this in Paris. Small. Uncrowded. Relaxing. A lovely garden outside and the statues are phenomenal. We discovered it was also another good place to buy our museum passes - We bought a 6 day and several 2 day passes- not so much to save money but to avoid the lines in other museums-
