We visited Chez Marie Louise during our trip to Paris. It was not hard to find the restaurant though we got lost and had to delay our reservation. The owner was very helpful with the reservation, even though we came 30 mins late from our scheduled reservation. The restaurant closed at 2.30 pm and we came at 2.15. Still we were greeted warmly. The ambiance was nice and quite romantic. We were kindly helped with the French menu, the owner explained each of the dishes with English. It took time but he was very patient explaining them. Thumbs up for him.
We ordered Raw salmon as entree, Pig's blood sausage served with rocket salad, mashed potatoes, chips, and fruit puree something, Scallop farfalle, and Pork sausage in creamy sauce with lentils. We accompanied our lunch with a glass of rose wine, and two cups of green tea. Every dishes was very tasty, the raw salmon was average though. The main courses were very delicious. The waiter gave us his best in serving us and always gave us that sincere smile (although the restaurant was supposed to be in break time now and we were the only guests remaining!). The bill came at EUR63 and it was worth it.
I would re-visit the restaurant if I come back to Paris.
