The staff at Secret de Paris helped make our trip to Paris amazing. The staff never hesitated to assist with anything and everything (coffee place? check, great dinner? check, massage? check).
The rooms are a bit on the small side, but from everything I've found in Paris, this is quite normal - and these are updated, clean rooms - and the comfiest beds in 4 cities and 2 countries.
The bathroom was fantastic as well. And we even had a small desk in the room, which was quite wonderful to use.
My only "complaints" would be that at times the hot water would be slightly lacking (prime time use?) and trying to explain where 2 rue de Parme was to several taxi drivers wasn't always easy (near rue de Amsterdam helped).
