The hotel is situated close to Porte St-Denis so it is reasonably central to most Paris attractions. Advertising for the hotel suggests that it is a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord but this is not accurate so it would be better to catch the Metro to a closer station. Wifi was free but the connection process was very clumsy and it was not operating during most of our stay. Air-conditioning was barely adequate for warm weather and would be hopeless during a hot Paris summer. Overall, a good, comfortable hotel for the money.

I have stayed in this hotel with my friend for 3 nights. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and AC works well. The hotel is located in area where you may walk to the most important Paris attractions (2 to 4 km). If you like underground it is just 100 m from the hotel. Small Chinese restaurant is nearly at the hotel gate. If you need a taxi, be wise and order it well ahead, best of all one day in advance or use underground.

We booked this hotel while in Cannes. We arrived in Paris by train very late at night and arrived at the hotel just before midnight. Young man on duty at the front desk was very nice and spoke very good English. Our room was on the 5th floor and was small but very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. It was very nice with a very comfortable bed and large screen TV. Bathroom and shower were very nice and there was a safe in the room to protect any valuables. They offered breakfast for 14 euros but we opted to eat in the neighborhood. The neighborhood depending on which direction you walked was very diverse. From very nice to a little seedy but everyone I met was very nice. We walked all most everywhere but there was a subway entrance only a few steps from the Hotel. Very nice central location. My wife and I were both very pleased with this hotel. Great experience for our first stay in Paris.

My Ipad was stolen at a Best Western and there is nothing they can do..... the line doesn't mean anything.
Do not stay at Thes Theatres at Paris.
