“an average conditions, for low price in Paris”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2012

Very small rooms, very small hotel, very small everything. But if you are not going to stay there for a long time during the day, it is enough. The bed, shower and breakfast with some coffee and french bread, for this price is just fine, don't try to lie to yourself, you can not get 5* hotel if it is only 2!

Room Tip: don't accept rooms on the 1 floor, it will be noisy all night long than!!

Got booked into this hotel by mistake. Lift was filthy - chewing gum on floor etc, room was tiny, depressing burnt orange with a window box full of fag ends and curtains which looked like they'd been used to wash a floor. Man at reception said i could look at another room, which I did for sick curiosity as much as being convinced hey could offer anything acceptable and was confronted by an unflushed lavatory and a bath adorned with long black hairs.
5 minutes in this 'hotel' and I use that term loosely, was enough to send me out onto the street and run for my sanity and, possibly, my health. I'd rather sleep in a doorway.
DON'T GO, it's truly depressing.

The hotel is in an area near the opera where you can get hop on hop off bus tours run by two different companies. Hotel is close to the metro and within walking distance to the layfeyette shops and Sacre Coeur. The hotel is very very basic. Small rooms that are very Claustrophobic. Ok as a solo but difficult for a couple. The carpets need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Lighting in corridors is very bad and you have to turn lights on as they turn off. There was only one staff member at the desk that I met who was very helpful. Others were very unhelpful and not very friendly. You need earplugs as you can hear TV in rooms next door. Its also noisy on the street. Noisy in mornings with people coming and going. Not the place to stay if you want to spend time in your room. The breakfast is very basic and not worth the cost. I would recommend that you get food out if you stay here. Street just around the corner has lots of choices and not to far away.

Small room, bad shower, terrible service. The reception guy is worst than the rest. I'll never be back.

the hotel is in a very good position, 5min from galleries la fayette. the only good! the rooms are very very very small..i think clean except for windows which are disgusting and the walls..the pillows weren t for a sleep and the bathroom is ok.we ask double bed and they give us twin which are very small. in the breakfast room has only 7 table, so we have to wait to seat because there weren t free table for us. the elevator oe day had a problem and the pc. we pay 95 euro per day so its ok for cheap paris hotel, for me i ll give 40 euro for this room if am i asked, but i don t recomended to anyone for a romantic trip!

Cannot say very much above this hotel as we didn't get past the reception desk. Like a number of other reviewers of this hotel we were told on arrival that it was over booked and we would have to go to another hotel a half a mile away for the full duratiion of our stay. No offer of a taxi, no apologies, just a shrug of the shoulders by the reception clerk. Spoke to manager the next day who agreed that over booking there was common but he blamed the travel company (A1 Travel) for not checking availablity before accepting bookings. Cannot be sure who's fault it was, but a far from satisfactory outcome
